Kumkum Bhagya 21st March 2025 Written Update: Prarthna in sorrow. Today in Kumkum Bhagya written update, the episode starts with Kishan consoling Prarthna, asking her not to cry, as it pains him to see her upset. Prarthna agrees, and Kishan lightens the mood by teasing her. However, Seema confronts Kishan, blaming Prarthna for everything that happened. Kishan defends Prarthna, attributing the situation to societal prejudice. Seema then demands that Prarthna cut all ties with the Zaveri family, including Baa and Raunak. Prarthna remains silent.
The next day, Smita distributes Prashad to everyone but pointedly ignores Raunak. Feeling remorseful, Raunak apologizes and acknowledges his mistake. He informs Smita that people are slandering Prarthna and questioning her character. Seeking a solution, Smita suggests that Raunak marry Payal to protect Prarthna’s reputation. She insists that marriage will resolve the controversy.
At the hospital, the doctor instructs Prarthna to visit the reception. There, she learns that they must pay Rs 2 lakhs for Kishan’s treatment by the following day.
Raunak and Baa arrive at the hospital to visit Prarthna and her family. Baa comforts Prarthna, but Prarthna, burdened by Seema’s demands, announces that she must sever her ties with the Zaveri family. Baa is left heartbroken as Prarthna walks away.
Meanwhile, a patient admitted next to Kishan recognizes him. The man reveals that Kishan had once rescued Prarthna as a baby from a temple. He further claims that his brother was involved with Monisha, who attempted to kill Prarthna’s mother. The man believes Monisha’s actions brought misfortune, leading to his family’s demise. He then drops a shocking revelation: Prarthna belongs to a wealthy family. Before taking his last breath, the man tells Seema to find answers in file number 202, stored in the hospital’s record room. Prarthna overhears this vital information.
Back at home, Raunak shares his frustration with Baa over Prarthna’s behavior. Their conversation is overheard by Shubhvi and Payal.
Shubhvi quickly informs Smita about Raunak and Baa’s visit to the hospital. Smita is furious and orders Shubhvi to prepare for Raunak’s marriage proposal to Payal, believing this move will secure their family’s reputation. Shubhvi complies.
Prarthna notices Seema’s growing anxiety over the medical expenses. Remembering the dying man’s words about file number 202, she approaches the hospital receptionist to request access to the record room. The receptionist refuses, stating that only higher authorities can grant such permission.
Meanwhile, Raunak overhears the servants gossiping about Prarthna and confronts them, defending her against their malicious comments.
