Kumkum Bhagya 4th April 2025 Written Update: Prarthna’s Wedding. Today in Kumkum Bhagya written update, the episode kicks off with Mayank confessing to Raunak that he’s in love with Prarthna. Raunak, on the other hand, isn’t surprised but redirects the conversation toward Bhavesh, expressing his doubt about Bhavesh’s promises to change. He believes Bhavesh is pretending and warns Mayank to stay alert. Mayank reassures him that he’s already hired an investigator to keep tabs on Bhavesh and firmly says he won’t let Bhavesh marry Prarthna. The two share a serious moment of understanding before Raunak walks away.
Prarthna, in her own world, stares at the sindhur in her hairline, lost in thought about what the Ladoo Sadhu had told her earlier. Bhavesh walks in, acting charming and flirtatious. He notices the sindhur and cheekily offers to wipe it off. There’s an edge to his tone as he confesses that seeing Raunak close to her had angered him. Then, in a rather forward move, he claims that she’ll be his tonight, and the two end up getting physically intimate.
Elsewhere in the house, Smita is busy managing the pre-wedding hustle. She orders the decorators to hurry up with the arrangements, and they nod along obediently. Ketki reminds her about a ritual she had mentioned earlier. Smita lights up and explains it’s a Punjabi tradition called the “Gharoli” ritual, sharing the cultural significance with Ketki and others around.
As the preparations continue, Baa calls Smita aside and asks her to send Payal to her room, mentioning she has a gift for her. Smita obliges. Payal arrives, visibly excited, and Baa gifts her an ancestral necklace. While admiring it, Payal spots another necklace and curiously asks if that one is for her too. Baa gently tells her it’s actually meant for Prarthna. That stings Payal. She hides her disappointment but secretly resolves to stop Prarthna from receiving the necklace.
In a spur-of-the-moment decision, Payal sees a bunch of colorful stones lying in a flower pot nearby. With mischief in her eyes, she tosses them on the floor near Baa’s path. As expected, Baa walks by, slips on them, and ends up with a sprained ankle. The Zaveri family rushes to her side and helps her into her room, worried but relieved it wasn’t more serious.
Meanwhile, Gayatri pays a visit to Prarthna. She pleads with her not to go ahead with the marriage to Bhavesh, insisting that he’s not the right man for her. Prarthna, though clearly emotional, stays firm. She reminds Gayatri that this marriage was arranged by their families, and she’s going to respect that. Gayatri leaves, disheartened and disappointed.
Back in her room, Baa tries to lighten the mood. She tells Smita and the others not to worry about her injury and says Raunak can apply balm to her foot. Smita agrees and leaves Raunak alone with Baa. As he helps her, he asks where she was headed before the accident. Baa tells him she wanted to meet Prarthna and give her the necklace. She then asks Raunak to call Prarthna and request her to come over, quietly and without anyone noticing. Raunak calls her, and Prarthna agrees without asking questions.
Raunak’s brother Harsh sees him and can’t resist teasing him about Prarthna visiting their home. Their light banter is overheard by Payal, who’s already on edge after Baa’s earlier revelation. Now she’s fuming. Jealousy and anger bubble up, and she vows not to let Prarthna come any closer to Raunak—or his life.
Adding to her stress, Payal receives a message from Rocky. It’s an apology, but it comes with a threat: if she doesn’t meet him, he’ll come looking for her himself. That scares her. She starts to panic, clearly worried about the mess that could follow if Rocky shows up unannounced.
