Jhanak 5th April 2025 Written Update: Anirudh Declares He’ll Divorce Arshi. The latest episode of Jhanak delivers a storm of emotions, confrontation, and bold confessions. The drama unfolds at a bar where Anirudh argues with the manager, accusing him of forcing Jhanak to perform. Lalon tries to calm the situation, but the boss drops a bomb—he knows Anirudh sent Jhanak there. Jhanak, cold and distant, shocks Anirudh by pretending not to know him.
Moments later, Anirudh returns with the police. The bar owner insists everything is legal, but Anirudh explains that Jhanak was brought against her will. The inspector turns to Jhanak for the truth. With Lalon’s emotional plea echoing in her ears, Jhanak finally breaks down—“Anirudh is my life.” The inspector warns the owner and lets her leave with Anirudh.
Back home, Appu grows suspicious. She’s convinced Jhanak’s disappearance isn’t random. She points fingers at Bipasha, Arshi, and Shubh, even wanting to file a police complaint. Dadi urges patience, hoping to hear from Lalon.
Meanwhile, Bipasha informs Arshi that Anirudh has taken Jhanak. Arshi is furious and feels betrayed. She believes Jhanak is taking revenge and vows to teach Anirudh a lesson.
At a friend’s place, Anirudh tells Jhanak that he’s decided to divorce Arshi. He admits that while Arshi is his duty, Jhanak is his love. But Jhanak, emotional yet strong, refuses to ruin a family. She asks Anirudh to return home.
Later, Anirudh calls Arshi and accuses her of being part of the scheme. The Bose family is left in shock. Choton lashes out at Bipasha. Anirudh ends the call, inviting Arshi to face him and Jhanak if she dares. Anirudh announces his wish to marry Jhanak. Bipasha stumbles upon a bottle of sleeping pills near Arshi—raising fresh concerns.

Anirudh blames Bipasha and Arshi for ruining Jhanak’s life. Arshi defends herself. She tells that she isn’t involved. She asks him how did he reach the bar. She wants to know if Jhanak called him to seek his help. Anirudh rebukes her for her never-ending expectations. Shubh gets upset hearing Anirudh’s words. Anirudh refuses to listen to anyone. He tells that he will not leave Jhanak alone. Anjana, Choton and Mrinalini are glad. Arshi asks Anirudh if he will live with Jhanak. He replies with a big YES. Kajal teaches Appu. Appu is sad and missing Jhanak. Kajal asks her to focus on her studies. Arshi blames Jhanak. Jhanak takes the phone and speaks to Arshi.
She tells Arshi that she doesn’t know about Arshis involvement, but she knows Bipasha is the culprit. Bipasha denies it. Jhanak reveals how Bipasha tricked her and sent her to the bar. She answers Arshi. The family feels disgusted of Bipasha’s deeds. Jhanak tells Arshi that Anirudh has brought her to his friend’s place. She adds that she is asking Anirudh to leave, but he isn’t listening. She asks Arshi to come and take Anirudh with her. Anirudh says that they shall order some food and have dinner.
Arshi cries that they are spending peaceful time. She asks for the address. Jhanak gives the address. She asks Arshi to come as soon as possible. She tells that she didn’t do anything wrong, so she isn’t scared. She gets disheartened that she has given her Anirudh to Arshi, and even then Arshi isn’t pleased. Kajal scolds Appu with love. Appu agrees to study. Lalon comes home and meets his family. Jhanak believes Arshi never gave love to Anirudh. She disconnects the call. Bipasha tells that she will accompany Arshi. Lal stops her. He tells that their relationship will never get better. Bipasha fakes her concern for Arshi.
Shubh and Tanuja also want to go and meet Anirudh. Choton advises them not to force Anirudh. Shubh gets into an argument with Choton and Anjana. Jhanak asks Anirudh to return home. He sternly refuses. He tells that he will not leave her alone. He wants to take care of her and keep his promise towards BrijBhushan and Urvashi. He confesses his love to Jhanak. Choton asks Arshi not to force Anirudh, when he doesn’t love her. He blames her negativity for ruining her relationship. The arguments go on.
Appu and Lalon remind Kajal about her affection for them. Kajal is sad that she will never get married. She sits to teach Appu. Lalon senses Kajal’s sorrow. Appu cheers him up with her innocence. Jhanak refuses to stay with Anirudh. He tells that he doesn’t love Arshi and he can’t go back to her. She doesn’t believe him. They shed tears while taking the argument to the peak. Anirudh justifies himself. She tells him that she always faces humiliation because of his family. He asks her not to think of his dishonest family.
She compels him to leave. He asks her to go and sleep, while he safeguards her. She tells that Arshi and Bose family will misunderstand them. Anirudh doesn’t care for their thinking. Appu studies well. Lalon feels proud. Kajal assures that she will groom Appu well. Lalon feels indebted to Kajal. Anjana asks Tanuja and Bipasha why do they want to trouble Jhanak. Choton is sure that they can’t cause any harm to Jhanak now, as Anirudh is with her. Mrinalini warns that Shubh and Tanuja will lose Anirudh forever.
Lalon asks Kajal if she is planning to go away from him and his family. He tells her that they all need her. Kajal says that she doesn’t want to stay stuck with them. She adds that she wants to die, because she will never get married. Anirudh tells Jhanak that he took his friend’s flat on rent for her sake. He doesn’t care about Arshi anymore. Jhanak questions him if he will change once they unite. He tells that they will spend their entire life with love and joy. He holds her hands and reassures her. He proposes her once again. Jhanak prepares her mind to not fall weak, by risking his life, family and career.
She doesn’t want to hurt him. Lalon asks Kajal not to talk while being depressed. She asks him not to feel sorry for her. She hints him that she loves him. She scolds him. He thinks she is in pain. He apologizes to her. She wishes him a good life with Appu. Jhanak asks Anirudh to hold her hand. She blames him for forcing her. He is heartbroken by her accusation. He asks if she means what she just said. Arshi, Bipasha, Shubh, and Tanuja arrive there. Anirudh expresses his desire to marry Jhanak. Arshi commits suicide to make things worse.
