Teju, curious and maybe a little nervous, asks where Mukta is. Just then, Vedaant shows up, clearly not ready to say goodbye. Neil tries to cheer him up and assures him that Teju’s not disappearing into thin air—he can visit her anytime.
Mukta finally appears, holding a Shiv-Parvati idol. She hands it to Teju with a wish for her happiness, but the pep talk takes a deep dive fast. Mukta opens up about how she lived under the shadow of being a co-wife and throws in some real heavy advice—don’t bring shame to your marriage and face challenges like a champ. Before getting too dramatic, she shifts gears and makes Neil promise to keep Teju happy. Neil, the good boy, nods in all sincerity.
Teju’s already drowning in thoughts about her dad when she gets into the car with Neil. But hold up—she forgot her documents.
