Today in Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha written update, the episode kicks off with Meher dropping a bomb on Arjun—either he marries Shabnam, or she and Zoravar will walk out of the house. Arjun sees this for what it is: emotional blackmail. Kamla and Balveer join in on the pressure game, cornering Arjun even more. On the other side, Shabnam is clear about her feelings. She tells Ranbir, Meghla, and Simran that she doesn’t want to marry Arjun because he just doesn’t understand her. Ranbir tries to soften her stance. He tells her that Arjun’s actions, no matter how flawed, come from a place of love.
Back at the Bajwa house, Meher tells Arjun not to stress over Shabnam’s decision—they want to hear his take first. Arjun says he’s ready to marry her but admits he’s still curious about what Shabnam feels. Balveer seems confident that Ranbir and the others will manage to change her mind. But Chandan says it’s about raising Adrija to be a better person. He confesses he suspects Adrija has been involved in the troubles Meghla’s been facing. As he recalls Adrija’s childhood, he breaks down. Mahua gets emotional too, but she blames Ranbir for the way Adrija has changed. Chandan disagrees. He says that marrying Ranbir wouldn’t have brought happiness to anyone—neither to Adrija, Meghla, nor Ranbir. He adds that while it’s not wrong to love someone, it’s wrong to destroy yourself trying to ruin someone else’s life.
Back at the Bajwas’, Arjun pleads with his mother Amarjeet to stop talking about death. He says she and Balraj still have to meet Ranbir and Param’s future children and spoil them. Amarjeet smiles and says she wants to play with Arjun’s kids too, leaving him a little shy and flustered. Upstairs, Shabnam finally opens up. She tells Meghla, Ranbir, and the others that Arjun’s decision matters to her. They assure her that Arjun truly wants to marry her. That reassurance breaks down her resistance, and she agrees. Everyone lights up with joy. Meghla bolts downstairs to share the news, with Ranbir and the gang trailing behind her.
Over at the Sens’, Mahua sits broken, wondering how their once peaceful life turned so chaotic. She even starts to regret bringing Meghla into their home. Chandan is stunned. He gently reminds her not to say such things, because Meghla doesn’t deserve that kind of blame. Mahua, now desperate, urges Chandan to bring Adrija back home. Chandan explains that Adrija doesn’t want to return, but Mahua insists. She doesn’t want her daughter to suffer under Ranbir’s roof. Chandan is torn, worried for both daughters. Their conversation is cut short when Meghla rushes in with the news—Shabnam has agreed to the marriage. Cheers erupt.
But just as the family is soaking in the happiness, a police team walks in asking for Meghla. The room falls into stunned silence.
