Bhagya Lakshmi 10th April 2025 Written Update. Today in Bhagya Lakshmi written update, the episode kicks off with Lakshmi’s eyes gleaming with determination. She turns to Shalu and proposes that they should expose Malishka using a paternity or DNA test. Shalu, initially puzzled, wonders how they’d even get Balwinder involved in such a plan. Before they can dive deeper into the logistics, a nurse calls them into the hospital room—Malishka’s room. They rush in to find Malishka lying unconscious on the bed, which buys them time for their plan.
Elsewhere, Balwinder is in his own world of delusions and chaos. His friend casually suggests that he should bring the baby and her mother home, so they can live like a family. But Balwinder, with his usual temper, snaps. He yells at his friend to leave, clearly not ready for any “happily-ever-after” scenes.
Back at the hospital, Shalu suddenly remembers Ayush had once brought a bunch of disguise props—including fake moustaches—probably from one of their previous comedic plans. The sisters hatch an idea. They decide to disguise themselves as Sardar men, sneak into Balwinder’s house, and somehow get him to the hospital for the DNA test. With courage (and ridiculous fake beards), they set off on their mini-mission.
Once inside Balwinder’s house, now disguised and overly confident, Lakshmi and Shalu start snooping around. Balwinder catches them in the act and demands to know who they are. Lakshmi doesn’t miss a beat—she claims they’re Enforcement Officers on a fraud hunt. Balwinder tries to defend himself, saying he’s no criminal and that he’s reformed. Shalu doesn’t buy the speech. She decides to take things into her own hands—literally—and injects him with a sedative to knock him out.
Just when they think their escape is smooth, Rano and one of Balwinder’s men catch them red-handed. What follows is a loud, dramatic altercation. As Rano and the man argue, Lakshmi and Shalu use the distraction to escape. They quickly shove the unconscious Balwinder into their car and drive off, breathing heavily but hopeful.
In the car, Shalu starts panicking. She wonders what they’ll do if Balwinder wakes up mid-journey. Lakshmi calmly tells her the sedative should last a while. But tension escalates when Lakshmi nearly crashes into Rishi’s car. Rishi storms out, furious at the reckless driving. Lakshmi loses her balance in the moment, and Rishi catches her just in time. There’s a brief moment where Rishi senses something familiar, but with their disguises intact, he doesn’t recognize her. He warns them to be careful and drives off, leaving the sisters rattled but undeterred.
Meanwhile, in the Kapoor household, Karishma playfully asks Neelam to join their group dance. Neelam refuses, staying in character as her usual stoic self. But as she walks away, her leg gives out, and she stumbles in pain. Karishma quickly calls Rishi and tells him to return home and take Neelam to the hospital. Rishi, always the dutiful son, heads back without delay.
Back at the hospital, Lakshmi and Shalu drag Balwinder inside and approach the head nurse—someone they’ve known before. They plead for help to conduct the paternity test. At first, the nurse is hesitant. It’s a sensitive procedure and one that could get her in serious trouble. But the sisters, desperate and sincere, convince her that it’s for the sake of their family. Moved by their persistence, the nurse finally agrees.
Around the same time, Rishi and Karishma arrive at the same hospital with Neelam. Realizing their paths might cross, Lakshmi and Shalu immediately go into hiding. Rishi escorts Neelam to the doctor, who recommends medication and sends him off to get the prescribed medicines.
As chaos brews in the hospital corridors, the nurse guides Lakshmi through the process of collecting a blood sample. Carefully and quickly, Lakshmi extracts Malishka’s blood. The nurse assures her the testing will now begin. Lakshmi, filled with resolve, turns to the unconscious Malishka and speaks her heart. She vows to expose her lies and reveal the truth to everyone. Malishka’s deception—her biggest tool—is finally on the verge of collapsing.
The entire episode beautifully balances tension, urgency, and the fire of justice as Lakshmi and Shalu go to great lengths to get the truth out. Their journey—complete with disguises, last-minute escapes, and close calls—adds a thrilling edge. With Balwinder sedated and Malishka’s blood sample ready for testing, the stage is now set for major revelations.
The emotional undercurrent remains strong too. Lakshmi’s commitment to unmasking Malishka isn’t just about clearing her own name; it’s about saving her loved ones from being manipulated.
