Kumkum Bhagya 10th April 2025 Written Update. Today in Kumkum Bhagya written update, the episode kicks off with tension as Bhavesh calls Payal, demanding the remaining money he had asked for. He reminds her that their deal was for Rs. 3 lakhs upfront, but she only gave him Rs. 2.5 lakhs. Payal argues that she already told him the rest would be given after the wedding. But Bhavesh isn’t in the mood to negotiate. He threatens that if she doesn’t pay the full amount, he won’t marry Prarthna. The consequence? Payal’s own marriage with Raunak would fall apart. A worried Payal tells him she doesn’t have the money right now but promises to send it through Ketki. Bhavesh, satisfied for the time being, agrees and ends the call.
Ketki walks in and asks who Payal was talking to. Payal, now visibly rattled, reveals that Bhavesh is blackmailing her and threatening to walk out of the wedding unless he gets the rest of the money. Ketki is shocked and fumes at Bhavesh’s behavior, calling it disgusting. But Payal’s anxiety is focused elsewhere—she fears that if Bhavesh backs out now, everything she’s planned, including her own wedding to Raunak, will crumble.
Elsewhere, in a quieter corner of the house, Baa notices Kinjal lost in thought. Concerned, she asks what’s bothering her. Kinjal confesses that she overheard a conversation between Harsh and Hetan. Harsh was pleading with Hetan, saying Raunak is still in love with Prarthna—deeply and hopelessly. This worries Kinjal, who fears what Harsh might do next. Before Baa can respond, Shubhvi joins them. She admits she overheard a bit of the same conversation but urges everyone to stay hopeful and not jump to conclusions. Kinjal nods, though the worry doesn’t leave her eyes.
Meanwhile, Mayank approaches Raunak with troubling news. Their detective has found suspicious details about Bhavesh—there’s a possibility that he might already be married. This comes like a bolt from the blue. Raunak knows he has to act fast.
Wedding rituals begin in the hall, with the pandit asking Raunak to perform a Kalash ritual. Raunak, needing a way out, pretends to spill water on himself and asks to be excused to change. It’s a hasty escape plan, but it works.
Once in his room, Raunak quickly huddles with Harsh and Mayank. He shares what the detective told them. If Bhavesh is truly already married, then Prarthna is in serious trouble. But Raunak can’t confront Bhavesh without proof. So he decides to go find that proof himself. The only catch? He needs someone to hold the fort at the mandap so no one suspects anything. He asks Harsh to take his place as the groom. Harsh is taken aback—pretending to be Raunak in the mandap is risky. But Raunak pleads, saying it’s the only way to protect Prarthna from being trapped in a fake marriage. Harsh agrees.
Meanwhile, Bhavesh is seen calmly doing a pooja, lost in his own twisted satisfaction. He believes that no matter how many obstacles have come his way, the wedding will happen today. He’s convinced he has everyone wrapped around his finger.
Back at the venue, Harsh arrives at the mandap disguised as the groom, his face mostly covered. Payal, assuming it’s Raunak, sits beside him and tries to talk to him. But Harsh stays quiet, too nervous to slip up and reveal the truth. Prarthna soon joins them at the mandap, blissfully unaware of the switch.
Elsewhere, Raunak and Mayank are on the hunt. They reach a modest neighborhood and start searching for Bhavesh’s close friend. When they finally locate him, the friend becomes defensive and refuses to answer any questions. He denies knowing anything about Bhavesh’s past. But Raunak’s patience wears thin. He pushes the man for answers, and under pressure, the truth comes spilling out. The friend admits—Bhavesh is already married.
It’s a shocking confirmation. Raunak is shaken but more determined than ever. He knows time is running out. The wedding rituals are already underway. He must reach Prarthna before it’s too late.
Back at the mandap, the priest begins reciting mantras as the ceremony edges closer to completion. Harsh, still posing as Raunak, is visibly tense. Payal starts to sense something odd about “Raunak’s” behavior but doesn’t have time to react fully.
The episode ends with a blend of suspense and urgency. Raunak now holds the truth that can stop the wedding, but will he reach in time? Will Prarthna be saved from a marriage built on lies? And what will happen when Payal learns Bhavesh’s truth—the very man she paid to fix her future may have just destroyed it?
