With Balwinder’s blood sample safely secured and the test reports awaited, Lakshmi is silently inching closer to blowing Malishka’s entire pregnancy game into smithereens. And the best part? Malishka has no clue… yet.
But the universe has its own sneaky ways of spilling secrets. Kiran, Malishka’s ever-alert mother, gets a whiff of something fishy when she hears Balwinder has been taken away by the income tax department. Because honestly, who raids Balwinder? Rishi and Ayush visit the hospital and fail to see Balwinder there. The nurse tells that Balwinder has impregnated a girl who is married to someone else and belongs to a rich family. She tells Rishi that the girl lied to her husband that it’s his child. Ayush gets curious to know more. The nurse says that two other girls have got Balwinder admitted to get the DNA test done and expose the truth. On the other hand, Kiran goes to meet Balwinder. She doesn’t find him at his place. Rano arrives there and sees Kiran. Kiran seems shocked.

Rishi wonders where Lakshmi is and calls her. Lakshmi is worried and looks around. She tells the old nurse about Rishi’s call. She doesn’t want to take the call and lie to him. She justifies her lie that she is doing everything to protect the family. She takes Rishi’s call. Rishi asks her where she is right now. He apologizes to her that he couldn’t come to the mall and surprise her. He adds that Neelam is hurt, so he took her to the hospital for treatment. She manages to lie to him and cut the call.
Ayush asks Neelam if she is feeling better. She replies with a yes. Ayush comforts Neelam and Karishma. He gets a call from the office. They ask him to take the important call. Rishi collides with Lakshmi. She sees Rishi and rushes away to hide from him. He doesn’t see Lakshmi. Lakshmi speeds away with the old nurse. Rishi manages to catch sight of her reflection in the glass. She reaches the ward and meets Shalu. She asks the nurse to hurry up with the test procedure.
The nurse tells that it will take some time. Shalu asks Lakshmi not to stress herself. She takes Lakshmi with her. Rishi reaches the same ward. He turns away to take Ayush’s call and doesn’t see Shalu and Lakshmi leaving. The doctor checks Neelam and gives the diagnosis. She asks her to relax and take rest until her sprain gets treated. Karishma stays by Neelam’s side.
Neelam asks her to call Ayush and Rishi. Karishma goes out to see them. Rishi goes to donate blood. Ayush asks him why he thought of it suddenly. Rishi says that he just came to do a good deed as there is plenty of time in hand. The old nurse reaches there. She recalls Shalu’s words. She hides Balwinder from them. The other nurse speaks to Rishi.
Ayush asks who is on the other bed. The old nurse tells that there is some patient, but he doesn’t need to see. The nurse tells Rishi and Ayush about Balwinder and her lover’s story, how they are cheating a good family. They are surprised to hear the sobbing story. The old nurse tells that a good-hearted lady is helping that family. Rishi is glad to hear that. He leaves after donating blood. Balwinder is taken for the tests. Ayush is curious to see Balwinder. He tells Rishi that he wants to see that person once after knowing his story. They go close to see Balwinder’s face. Rishi takes Ayush away.
He says that it’s not good to interfere in someone’s personal life. Kiran goes to Balwinder’s house. She doesn’t find him there. Rano arrives and shocks Kiran. She informs her that Balwinder is unwell, and he has been taken to the hospital. She reveals that Balwinder’s friend told her about the IT raid. Kiran gets worried, sensing something fishy. Rishi apologizes to Ayush that he couldn’t go to the mall and spend time with Shalu. Ayush collides with Shalu. She falls into his arms.
Ayush asks Rishi if he is imagining Shalu. He is glad. Rishi sees Lakshmi there. He tells Ayush that it’s not a dream. He asks Lakshmi what she is doing here. Shalu and Lakshmi lie to them. They get away. Rishi tells Ayush that Lakshmi is hiding something. Malishka becomes conscious and finds herself in the hospital ward. She wonders who got her there. She asks the nurse who admitted her. The nurse says that she doesn’t know anything. Malishka starts yelling at the nurse. She calls Kiran.
Kiran asks her where she is. Malishka asks her to listen to her carefully. She asks Kiran to come to the city hospital. She adds that someone tried to kill her. Kiran asks what she is saying. Malishka says that they have to find out. She feels unsafe. She panics. She says that someone took her blood sample for the tests. Rishi stops Lakshmi and confronts her. He catches her lie.
