Riddhi confirmed the shocking news, adding that nobody really knows where Neel is or what he’s up to right now. But while they painted a picture of a mentally unstable Neel on the run… he was actually out gathering evidence.
Turns out, Neel had a mission of his own.
He marched straight to the doctor who’d been discreetly supplying medications to Kanchan. In a fit of rage, Neel slapped him and demanded the truth. According to Neel, Kanchan had bribed this doctor to frame him as mentally unstable. He claimed he had proof — the doctor’s phone number was saved in Kanchan’s mobile, and he had seen it with his own eyes.
Cornered and terrified, the doctor finally gave in. He agreed to go with Neel to confront Kanchan and bring her lies into the light. Neel, burning with fury and betrayal, made it clear — “I’ll end Kanchan’s game now.”

Neel manages to escape the mental asylum by threatening the staff at gunpoint, leaving chaos in his wake. Back home, Riddhi arrives with Kanchan’s bag and can’t hide her worry for Neel’s well-being. But Kanchan has had enough. She coldly dismisses any concern, declaring Neel no longer welcome in the house—convinced he wants to kill her. With steely resolve, she commands the servants to shut every door and window tight, ensuring Neel doesn’t sneak back in.
When Neel’s parents gather, Riddhi breaks the news of his escape. She admits the police are on the lookout but promises that she’ll make sure Neel gets proper treatment—whatever it takes.
Pratham’s Double Game
Meanwhile, Pratham spins a web of lies. He assures Manjari he’s job hunting and will soon inform his mother. A grateful Manjari thanks him, unaware of his betrayal. Behind her back, Pratham has already bribed hospital staff to secretly abort her baby.

At the hospital, Pratham arrives with Manjari. A nurse reassures him the abortion will go smoothly. Meanwhile, in a clever disguise, Neel sneaks into the same hospital with a friend, searching for Kanchan’s doctor. By chance, he doesn’t spot Manjari nearby.
Neel corners the doctor, waving a wad of cash—offering a staggering 25–30 lakhs for a false certificate declaring him mentally unstable. The doctor hesitates. Neel ups the pressure, demanding to know if there’s a drug that causes temporary madness. The doctor shows him a bottle and casually admits he once prescribed it to someone. That someone, Neel suspects, is Kanchan. Enraged, Neel slaps the doctor and threatens to have his license revoked if he doesn’t confess the truth.
The Abortion Twist
Back in the hospital, a doctor begins Manjari’s checkup as Pratham watches from behind the glass. The nurse gives him a discreet nod—the abortion is moments away. But then, something shifts. He sees the baby moving on the ultrasound screen and guilt punches him in the gut. Overcome, Pratham rushes in, stopping the procedure just in time.
At that very moment, Riddhi walks in and is stunned to see Manjari there. Suspicious, she questions her presence. Manjari lies, saying it’s just a routine check-up. But Riddhi sees through it. She then catches sight of Pratham and directly asks if he’s the father. With nowhere to hide, he nods.
Her eyes fall on the abortion medication nearby. Riddhi connects the dots. When she confronts the doctor, the nurse breaks down and confesses everything. The doctor apologizes and immediately suspends the nurse. Boiling with fury, Riddhi slaps Pratham hard and demands answers—finally seeing the cruel game he’s been playing.
