Anupama 18th April 2025 Written Update: Anupama’s apology. Today in Anupama written update, Mahi woke up and chose chaos. She storms into the scene, declaring that Aryan is treated like a rented guest in his own house. And who’s to blame? According to her, Rahi, of course. Mahi goes full emotional poet mode, saying Aryan never really had a family, and now, when he might finally get one, Rahi’s gatekeeping his rightful place like it’s a VIP lounge.
Rahi, already running low on patience, tells Mahi to zip it and stay out of her family’s drama. But Mahi, feeling bold and dramatic, says it’s open season for such discussions since Khyati’s currently freeloading at their place. Rahi internally regrets inviting Mahi every second. Mahi, unbothered and unapologetically nosy, insists she’s just there for Aryan, her “friend.” Rahi shoots back a spicy question—how can she trust Aryan so easily? Mahi hits her back with a mic-drop: “Sometimes, a few moments are enough to know someone.” Someone call the dialogue writer; they’re on fire today.
Meanwhile, Anupama plays referee and asks Mahi to apologize to Khyati. Khyati, pretending everything’s fine, casually asks Rahi about the Kotharis, and Rahi smoothly lies that nothing’s cooking at their place while sneakily inviting her for puja. Because fake smiles and fake vibes are this house’s specialty.
In the shady corners of this episode, Ishani is up to no good—stealing Leela’s chain to fund her drug addiction. Rahi and Prem finally discover the truth. Raghav, ever the secret informant, drops intel to Anupama about a dealer, and Prem gears up to investigate. But Raghav, playing protective hero, warns Anupama not to act solo like some soap opera superhero. Rahi, still salty, asks why Anupama hasn’t shipped Raghav back yet. Anupama replies that Raghav’s her partner in this mess. Raghav, being everywhere all the time, hears their convo too.
Elsewhere, in the land of corporate betrayal, Kinjal drops a bomb on Leela and Paritosh—Gautam has snatched her company. Leela, the family’s official conspiracy theorist, warns that Gautam might even boot her out. Pari, ever practical, demands her pending paycheck. Kinjal promises to get the money, and Paritosh randomly blames Anupama for picking fights with the Kotharis. Because why not? Kinjal vows to be more cautious. Fingers crossed.
At the puja prep, the Kotharis are all dressed in their festive best. Vasundhara delivers her usual dose of sass, stating Meeta has gone to her parents’ home. Prem and Rahi drag Khyati to the event. Vasundhara refuses to bless her, because why be kind when you can be cold? Prem tells Aryan to cool it, reminding him that Khyati is his mother too. Aryan, holding a grudge longer than a Netflix series, gives Khyati the cold shoulder.
Anupama then discovers another bomb—Kannu is also using drugs. Turns out, Ishani and another girl were last seen heading to a café (of all places) to meet someone shady. Anupama gears up to track them down like Sherlock Holmes in a saree.
During the puja, Prarthana, Prem, Rahi, and Ansh perform a devotional play on Devaki Mata to show the pain of a mother’s sacrifice. Aryan, watching all this mythological symbolism, reaches his limit. He lashes out at Prem and Rahi for comparing Khyati to divine mothers. He claims Khyati abandoned him for her stepkids and ruined his childhood. Oof. He misbehaves with her—again. Prem, finally done with the drama, asks Ansh to take Khyati away.
Anupama, under the mountain of stress, breaks down. She misses Anuj and begs the universe for his return. She promises to handle Ishani, Rahi, and Mahi like a multitasking goddess. Just then, Rahi calls—Khyati is missing. Everyone’s panicking. Ansh and Anupama rush to find her.
Precap: Anupama finds Khyati unconscious. Aryan throws a tantrum and disrespects the staff in front of his friends. Rahi scolds him, and Aryan’s idiot friends decide to act smart. One gets slapped back to reality by Rahi.
