Just when things seemed to settle, Amruta’s pregnancy news drops like a bolt from the blue—surprising everyone, including herself. But the joy is short-lived, as her troubled past refuses to let her breathe in peace. Haunted by Manvi’s growing rage, Amruta finds herself caught in a web of fear and tension, spiraling into a terrifying nightmare.
In her dream, Manvi storms into the house, boiling with vengeance. Her eyes scream pain as she accuses Amruta of destroying her life—snatching away Rajiv, Priyanka, and now, her chance at motherhood. She threatens to take everything back, beginning with Amruta’s unborn child. The nightmare turns bloodcurdling when Manvi, driven by wrath, stabs Amruta in the stomach. A piercing scream escapes Amruta as she jolts awake, breathless and shaken.
Though it was just a dream, the fear feels all too real. Amruta can’t shake off the looming dread that Manvi, devastated by Rajiv’s death, may be plotting something sinister. The lines between nightmare and reality blur, and the question now is—how far will Manvi go?

Virat pampers Amruta. He asks her to take care of herself and just enjoy her life in the coming nine months. Manvi wakes up and asks the doctor what happened to her. He asks her to be strong. He says that she fell on the ground and her baby fell into danger. He apologizes that he couldn’t save her baby. Manvi is shocked by this news. She says that her baby can’t leave her and go away. She cries for her baby. She goes into denial. She hugs a pillow and sings the lullaby. The doctor and nurse feel bad for her.
He asks Manvi to understand, her baby is dead. Manvi reacts in anger and asks him to call Rajiv. The nurse calls the staff members to control Manvi. The doctor tells her that Rajiv is dead. She says that Rajiv can’t die. She gets injected and faints. Babita, Dildar, and Nimrit welcome Virat and Amruta home. Babita performs their aarti. The couple is congratulated on their pregnancy. Amruta thanks them.
Nimrit informs them that Manvi has lost her baby; she is in trauma over Rajiv’s death, so she is being shifted to the mental asylum. The family feels bad for the baby. Virat tells them that Amruta and he did everything for their own protection, they didn’t intend to harm Manvi’s baby. Babita agrees and asks them to stop discussing the past events. She urges them to move on. Babita lines up surprises for them. Abhir and his mom arrive there and see Virat and Amruta. Anjali gets a special cake for Virat and Amruta.
They cut the cake and celebrate with the family. Abhir’s mom provokes him against Virat and Amruta. Abhir goes in and sings for them in a taunting way. His presence isn’t received pleasantly. He says that everyone needed Abhir when Virat wasn’t there. Virat threatens Abhir and orders him to leave. He lectures Abhir’s mom as well. He says that Abhir might also need to go to the mental asylum like Manvi. Amruta stops him. Virat asks her to let him handle it.
He says that he doesn’t trust Abhir. He says that his baby is coming and he doesn’t want Abhir’s shadow to fall over the baby. Amruta agrees with Virat. She tells Abhir that the family has suffered a lot because of him; they gave him many chances, but he doesn’t want to change himself. She asks him to leave. Babita asks Abhir and his mom to leave. Abhir and his mom leave. Manvi is in a mental asylum. She colours a teddy bear and talks to it. Abhir comes to meet Manvi. He feels bad seeing her mental condition.
He tells her that Ahujas are responsible for her condition. He says that Virat has snatched Rajiv and her baby, too. He supports Manvi. He says that Ahujas are his enemies, too. He pledges to snatch Ahujas’ happiness. He tells her that he will destroy the Ahujas. Manvi doesn’t understand anything. Abhir says that a new game will begin. He is angered that Virat has snatched his love, Amruta. Later, Amruta checks the door. Manvi arrives to kill her. She says that she will not spare Amruta, who has snatched everything.
She stabs Amruta. Amruta wakes up from her nightmare. She hears Babita and Bhavani arguing about the sweets. Amruta smiles and feels happy. She doesn’t want to take stress. Virat comes home and meets Amruta. He asks her if she is okay. She says that she is okay and happy to see their beautiful reality. Virat takes Amruta to their room. He gets ready for a meeting. Amruta asks him to button his shirt up. He jokes. He asks her if everything is okay. She says yes. He says that she can share everything with him.
