She asks Neil to promise that he’ll stand by Teju, no matter what. And Neil? The man delivers. He doesn’t hesitate, gives his word, and proves that he’s not just about sweet words—he’s got backbone too. Finally, someone in that house showing some sense.
Meanwhile, Rituraj is losing his mind in the Pradhan household. He complains to Vinod and the fam, as if Teju just committed a national crime by raising her voice at Leena. Apparently, Leena is some untouchable saint in their eyes—because, as Rituraj says, “no one has ever dared speak to her like that.” Oh please, someone hand this man a fan before he faints from the drama.
Enter Bhushan with a full-blown emotional PowerPoint presentation, complete with Purnima’s photo. He goes on about how Purnima taught Leena everything, how she scolded her but Leena never backtalked. Basically, he’s saying Teju should’ve just swallowed the truth and smiled through it—for the sake of their oh-so-precious family reputation. He accuses her of tarnishing the family name all because she dared to speak up to protect her own. Classic gaslighting dressed in tradition.
But Neil, bless his loyal heart, finally snaps. He calls Bhushan out and reminds him that if Teju hadn’t spoken the truth, the police would’ve dragged the entire Chavan family away. Mic drop, right? But Bhushan? He brushes it off like it’s no biggie and throws shade at Teju for daring to speak through the microphone—as if honesty needs to be whispered in a corner. Then he stomps off in typical patriarchal rage. Vinod follows suit with his own passive-aggressive comment and exits like he’s starring in a soap opera.
As if that wasn’t enough, Manjari decides to add her two cents. Teju, already exhausted from playing defense, challenges her. She tells Manjari to step into her shoes and asks, “What would you have done if your family was about to be jailed?” She makes it clear—she didn’t attack Leena, she just told the truth. And if truth is such a bitter pill in this household, maybe they need to stop sugarcoating their egos and start dealing with reality.
GHKKPM 19th April 2025 Written Update Conclusion:
Teju is out here fighting to protect her family and her integrity, while the rest of the clan is too busy clinging to outdated notions of respect that only seem to flow one way—upwards. Thank God for Mukta and Neil, or Teju would’ve been left hanging on that moral high ground all alone.
GHKKPM 19th April 2025 Written Update: Neil’s Confession:
Neil tells Teju that he has told the truth to everyone. He adds that he didn’t hide anything from his loved ones. He says that he never knew that everyone would blame Teju for it. Rituraj asks Teju to tell her truth to the family. Neil tells Rituraj that its not Teju’s responsibility to tell the entire truth. He defends Teju. He tells his family that Teju didn’t do any wrong. The family is disappointed with Teju.
Teju says that she didn’t plan the marriage; it all happened with Neil’s wish. Neil says that he has understood her point. He admits that their marriage is a mistake. He regrets that he loved Teju and prayed to get her into his life. He says that he has realized she isn’t happy with their marriage. He asks her to leave him and his family if she wants to leave their marriage. He asks her to break their unwanted relationship, and he will ensure that she doesn’t get blamed.
Teju gets questioned about her decision. She weeps. Rituraj tells Teju that he can clear her confusion; a relationship is made by mutual will, not force. He asks her to decide if she wants to keep the marriage or get a divorce. Teju asks him not to repeat it. She tells that she doesn’t want to leave Neil, but she wants to clear the fact that she didn’t trap Neil. The family members ask her to put a stop to the discussion. Neil refuses to perform more rituals. He asks Kaku to leave it. Kaku asks him to complete the ritual and head to his room.
Rituraj taunts Teju. Teju asks him not to give her any unwanted advice. He says that he is her friend and it’s his concern. Kaku asks Teju and Neil sit for the rasam. Kaka and Kaku perform the rituals. Neil and Teju half-heartedly complete the rituals. They head to the room. Teju gets a headache. Neil asks her if she is okay. He asks Teju to go to the room and rest. Neil goes to Leena. He asks her not to stay upset with him. He doesn’t want her to stay angry. He apologizes to her.
He hugs her and asks her to forgive him. She asks him to go to his wife. She stays upset and walks away. Rituraj stays frustrated. He says that Teju has betrayed him. He doesn’t trust Teju. He regrets that he loved Teju. He feels mad seeing her. He wants to ruin her happiness. Teju cries and recalls Juhi’s words. Neil reaches her. He tells her that she is misunderstanding him. She says no. She taunts him. Neil says that he didn’t do anything wrong. She asks him not to fool her.
She lectures him for treating her like a toy and not thinking of her sentiments. She rebukes him for marrying her forcibly. He defends himself. Neil confesses that he loves Teju. He says that he knows she doesn’t love him. He feels guilty about his decision. He explains to her what he wants for Juhi. He says that Juhi had a right to know the truth, and he couldn’t betray her. Teju condemns him for the truth. She says that he didn’t need to tell Juhi anything.
She adds that the marriage was fixed a long time before. Neil says that he had no one in his life at that time. He tries to clear her mind. He says that Teju came into his life and he fell for her. Teju blames him for destroying her life. He apologizes to her. He says that he isn’t happy with their relationship, because she isn’t happy. He asks her to leave him and go away if she wants.
He promises to handle everything. He is ready to sacrifice his love. He urges her to fulfill her dreams. She asks him to stop his nonsense. She reprimands him for insisting she leave. She counts his mistakes. Later, Rituraj comes to meet Teju. He hands over a shocking gift, which vanishes Teju’s peace.
