Kumkum Bhagya 21st April 2025 Written Update: Purvi-Raunak’s concern for Prarthna. Today in Kumkum Bhagya, Mayank meets the Zaveri family and tells them about Payal’s betrayal. Smita asks about Raunak. He tells them about Raunak’s injury. He adds that Raunak has reached the hospital. The family rushes to see Raunak. Purvi tries to admit Prarthna, Raunak, and the inspector.
The nurse says that they have many patients from the train accident. Purvi pleads with her. The doctor listens to Purvi and takes them for the treatment. He asks Purvi to stay outside. He says that he will do his best. Purvi goes to fill the form. Kishan tells Seema that Raunak and Prarthna are at the hospital. He asks her to come along and visit Prarthna.
Seema tells that she has ended ties with Prarthna, who is a curse for the family. He calls it enough. He says that if she doesn’t accept Prarthna as their daughter, then he will end all ties with her. He threatens to divorce her. Seema is left shocked. Raunak gets conscious and screams out Prarthna’s name. Purvi sees Prarthna and cries. She prays for Prarthna’s well-being.
Raunak asks Gayatri about Prarthna. He rushes to see her. The doctor asks him to take a rest. He says that Raunak can’t go out of the ward. Raunak makes a humble request. The doctor permits him to see Prarthna. Raunak worries about seeing Prarthna. He thanks Purvi for saving them. Purvi sings praises of Prarthna. She says that she doesn’t know Prarthna, but she feels they have been connected for ages. She feels motherly love for Prarthna.
Praful tells Ketki that their big project has been approved, they will be rich and become more powerful than Zaveris. She is glad to have a higher status than Smita. Payal tells them that she wants Raunak. She adds that Prarthna can’t win over her. Praful tells Ketki that he will take revenge on Zaveris by attacking their business. She says that she will handle Payal. Smita cries thinking of Raunak.
She shares her emotions with Kanti. He consoles her. The nurse tells Purvi that Prarthna needs blood urgently. Purvi prays for Prarthna. Raunak asks the nurse how the hospital can’t have blood units. He asks her to arrange the blood. Purvi tells that her blood group is also AB positive and decides to donate it to Prarthna. Mayank tells Kinjal that Raunak loves Prarthna; he has realized this too, and he wants to marry her.
Payal comes to Bhavesh’s house. She asks Daksha to call Bhavesh. Bhavesh and his friends come there. Payal gives him another offer. She asks Bhavesh to kill Raunak and Prarthna. She says that they are admitted to the city hospital. Bhavesh smirks. Kishan comes to the hospital and meets Gayatri. She asks where is Seema. She calls Seema and asks why she didn’t come to the hospital to see Prarthna.
Seema asks her to come home. Gayatri requests her. Seema says that she isn’t Prarthna’s mum. She asks Gayatri not to call her. Gayatri asks Kishan what’s wrong. Purvi donates the blood for Prarthna. She fills the form and seeks Raunak’s help. Raunak sees Purvi’s name and recalls Prarthna’s words about her mother.
