Neil, visibly rattled, finds himself at a loss for words as Karishma and Harleen silently observe, waiting for him to respond. The guy asks Neelam not to check the reports, as they’re meant for Lakshmi. He says that he has to give the reports to Lakshmi. Neelam doesn’t read the reports. Balwinder tells his friend that he wants his baby. He adds that he already has two children, but he doesn’t know them, he is serious about his coming child, and he loves Malishka and his baby. He says that his feelings and heart have changed. Lakshmi gets Neelam’s call. Neelam asks her to come and receive her courier. Lakshmi agrees.
Neelam hands over the reports to the guy and asks him to wait for Lakshmi. Lakshmi wonders if reports have come. The guy gets a call. He asks Neelam to give the report to Lakshmi. She asks him to wait for Lakshmi. He apologizes. She takes the reports. Neelam wonders what’s so important. She calls Lakshmi once again. She says that she has kept the courier in the drawer.
She asks Lakshmi to take it from there. Kiran hears Neelam and goes to take the reports. Neelam sees Kiran there. Harleen asks Karishma not to scare the waiter and to forgive him. Karishma tells that she wants to know what he is up to. She asks the catering head about Neil, who is entering private space again and again. The man asks Neil who he is. Neil lies to him.
Neil manages to convince them. Karishma asks the man to fire the waiter from work. She doesn’t want to see him. Lakshmi asks the guard to take her to the CCTV room, she has to check something, and she has to catch the intruder and save the family. She rushes. Ayush calls Shalu. He says that he is looking for her. He asks her why she went out. He is hurt that she doesn’t care for him. She asks him to calm down. He gets upset. Anushka comes to take him to the room. Shalu hears Anushka’s voice on the call.
She asks Ayush not to go anywhere with Anushka. Anushka disconnects the call. Lakshmi spots Anushka in the CCTV footage. Shalu worries about Ayush. Kiran collides with Rishi. The reports fall. Rishi asks if she is looking for something. She says nothing. He says that he is looking for Lakshmi and goes away. Kiran loses the reports. Lakshmi meets Rano. She tells Rano that something is wrong, Ayush is in trouble, and Neil and Anushka have come home. Rano worries. Rishi comes to Lakshmi. She finds him drunk.
She says that Ayush needs him. He asks about the matter. She rushes to find Ayush. Balwinder calls Kiran. She asks him to stay within his limits and not bother Malishka. He says that he called to save Malishka. She asks what’s so important. He tells her about Shalu and Lakshmi getting the paternity tests for Malishka’s baby. Kiran is shocked. She runs to find the reports. Ayush says that Shalu isn’t talking to him. Anushka gets angry hearing his love confession for Shalu. She provokes him against Shalu.
Rishi washes his face. He recalls Lakshmi’s words that Ayush needs him. He tries to sober up. Shalu comes home. Kiran catches her from behind and faints her. Balwinder and his friend arrive there. Kiran asks Balwinder to take Shalu away. He asks if she is sure.
She asks him to just do as she tells him. She sends away Shalu with Balwinder. Anushka tells Ayush that she cares for him. She confesses her love to Ayush. Ayush is hugely shocked to realize that he is with Anushka.
