Babita finds Virat and Amruta talking. Amruta is stressed about the kidney transplant. She sheds tears in isolation. Bhavani comes to her and finds her crying. She pacifies Amruta, who tries hard to hide her tears. Babita asks Virat to talk to Jayesh and take his help. Virat tells that Jayesh will hurt them. Babita asks if it will hurt more than the pain of losing Amruta. Amruta says that she is scared for Virat’s well-being and future. Bhavani asks her to trust Bappa. She asks her to go and rest. Babita asks Virat to call Jayesh and Ishika once. She says that Amruta is important to her. Virat thanks Babita. He says that he will try his best to save Amruta.
Virat goes to Amruta and sees her sleeping. He recalls their moments. He tells her that she will never agree with his decision, but he has to do this. He says that he is choosing her, and he has to take this step for their sake. He calls the person and tells them that he is ready for the deal. He goes to the office where he has summoned the person. Abhir walks in. Virat is angered by seeing him.
He says that he felt Amruta really meant something to Abhir. He adds that he can do anything to save Amruta, and if the kidney matches, then Abhir will help him and ask for anything he wants. He wants to know what Abhir wants. Amruta wakes up and looks for Virat. She imagines Rajiv once again. She gets scared. Rajiv tells that she killed him, and the time will take his revenge on her.
He adds that she can’t live in peace after killing him. She says that she didn’t kill him, and she was just saving Virat. He says that she will have to pay for her crime. He threatens her. She wakes up and looks around. She tries to put herself at peace. She checks the time. She goes out of the room to look for Virat. She doesn’t find him at home. She checks his location and finds him at the office.
Abhir tells his terms to Virat. Virat says that his demands can’t be accepted. He is ready to give anything to Abhir, but not fulfill his conditions. He thinks of Amruta and accepts the deal. Amruta comes to the office and looks for Virat. Virat asks Abhir to donate a kidney to Amruta. Abhir hands over the deal papers. Virat says that he can go to any extent to save Amruta. He asks Abhir to leave and not reveal the deal to his family. He knows Amruta will never agree to it.
Amruta overhears Virat and walks in. She doesn’t see Abhir. She asks Virat what he is doing at the office. Bhavani asks about Virat and Amruta. Babita thinks Virat has gone to meet Jayesh. The family worries. Amruta asks Virat not to do anything illegal. Virat tells her that he won’t do anything wrong and assures her that things are okay. He lies to her. Amruta feels a stomach ache. Dildar calls Virat. The family members hear Amruta screaming in pain and grow worried for her.
