Haunted by the past, Suraj confronts Kalikant and demands to know the truth. He asks Kalikant to swear on him that he had no role in Ghungroo’s murder. Kalikant boldly places his hand on Suraj’s head and lies through his teeth, swearing false innocence. But Suraj knows the truth—he had witnessed Kalikant committing the crime. His heart shatters, not just at the betrayal, but at the cold audacity of his own father lying while swearing on his son.
Back in his room, Suraj silently breaks down. He tells himself that Kalikant’s lie has broken the last thread of his duty as a son. With nothing left to hold him back, Suraj makes a bold declaration—he will now seek revenge, without remorse, against Kalikant Thakur.

Kalikant asks Suraj why did he get Ghungroo’s ashes to the haveli. Suraj recalls Kalikant’s crime. Jagriti tells Kalikant that Suraj has decided to keep Ghungroo’s ashes with him until he punishes his killer. Kalindi stops Kalikant. Ganga hugs Suraj and asks about the matter. Sapna says that it’s a huge loss for Suraj, and she feels sorry for him. Suraj goes to his room and cries. He thinks of Ghungroo. Jagriti goes to get water for him. She asks Ganga to support Suraj. Ganga asks her to take food for Suraj.
Jagriti says that Suraj won’t eat food in this state. She takes Ganga’s help. Suraj ties a cloth to his neck and tries to feel Ghungroo’s pain. Jagriti reaches there and stops Suraj from choking himself. She asks him to stop for Ghungroo’s sake. She breaks down seeing his sorrow. Suraj cries for Ghungroo. He regrets that he didn’t listen to Jagriti. He tells that he worshipped his dad, but his dad doesn’t deserve any love. He feels like a fool to trust Kalikant.
Jagriti consoles him. Suraj feels guilty like he killed Ghungroo. She asks him to get justice for Ghungroo. Kalindi asks Kalikant to handle the family. She tells him that he should present a fake killer in front of Suraj and win his family back. Kalikant likes her plan and praises her for being smart. Ganga gets the kids to Suraj. The kids cheer up Suraj. Suraj misses Ghungroo. Jagriti says that Ghungroo has become a star like her parents. Akash comes to call Suraj.
Kalikant presents a fake killer in front of Suraj. He says that he has found Ghungroo’s killer. He asks Suraj to shoot the man and take his revenge. Suraj gets angry. The man accepts his crime. Suraj drops the gun and goes away. Kalikant asks him to stop. Akash says that Suraj is in trauma. Kalikant gets angry. Suraj weeps and celebrates Ghungroo’s birthday. Akash joins him. He says that he now understands why Akash wanted to ruin Kalikant’s empire. Akash cries with Suraj.
Suraj says that he trusted Kalikant and lost Ghungroo. Akash asks Suraj what he will do now. Jagriti apologizes to Ghungroo. Kachori comes to meet Jagriti. Jagriti shares her sorrow with Kachori. Suraj goes to wake up Kalikant. He says that he wants to talk to him. Kalikant asks him to talk tomorrow. Suraj insists that he come. Kalikant goes with him. Suraj asks how did Ghungroo die.
Kalikant tells that he has already got Ghungroo’s killer. Suraj asks him to swear on him and answer him. He asks if Kalikant is behind Ghungroo’s death. Kalikant scolds him. Suraj forces him to swear. Kalikant false swears that he didn’t kill Ghungroo. Suraj is shocked to realize that Kalikant doesn’t love him. Kalikant goes away. Suraj tells that Kalikant has freed him to go against him and take revenge.
The next day, Suraj goes to the police station. He asks the inspector to file an FIR. The inspector asks who Ghungroo’s killer is. He says that he will not spare the killer. Suraj tears the false report and asks him to write it again. He says that Kalikant has killed Ghungroo. He adds that he is a witness of the crime. The inspector worriedly calls Kalikant and informs him about Suraj.
Kalikant gets angry and asks him to just do what he says. The inspector points the gun at Suraj. Suraj asks him what did Kalikant tell him. The inspector says that he has to arrest Suraj for the crime of tearing the FIR. Suraj agrees to go into the lockup. He gives away his phone. Jagriti looks for Suraj. Kalikant scolds Jagriti. He says that he will not spare Suraj. Jagriti worries about Suraj. She asks Akash about Suraj. She tells him what Kalikant told her before leaving.
Akash tells that Kalikant can do anything with Suraj. She asks him to find Suraj. She adds that she doesn’t trust Kalikant. Akash says that he will go and find Suraj. He finds Sapna crying. She says that she is feeling traumatic about the accident. He asks her not to feel guilty. She tells him that they have to forget it and move on. She asks him to go and find Suraj.
Later, Kalikant meets Suraj at the police station. He gets Ghungroo’s ashes and mocks Suraj. He threatens Suraj. Suraj asks him why did he kill Ghungroo. Kalikant asks him to come home and maintain peace. Suraj takes Ghungroo’s ashes. Kalikant laughs at him. He asks Suraj to come with him. Suraj gets helpless.
