At the hospital, Lakshmi speaks to her unborn child while holding her tummy. She says that she will soon tell Rishi about their baby. She is sure that the baby will get much love from Rishi. She gets emotional and cries. She says that she is happy and also tense at the same time. The hospital staff conspires against her. They execute Malishka’s orders. The nurse takes the poison bottle and goes to Lakshmi. Ayush meets Shalu and Rano. Rano asks Ayush if he will always stay the same. He says yes.
She asks about his mom’s behavior. Ayush assures that he will always stand by Shalu and protect her from his family. He says that whatever Shalu told him yesterday seemed like a big misunderstanding. Shalu says that it wasn’t a misunderstanding. She adds that Lakshmi and she got to know the truth, Malishka is carrying Balwinder’s baby, and she is cheating the Oberois. Ayush says that he will speak to her later. He gets an urgent call and rushes. Shalu wishes everything is fine.
The doctor speaks to the nurse and tells that Lakshmi has come for the checkup. The nurse lies to her about Lakshmi’s leaving. Kiran and Malishka are also present at the hospital. They rush to the nurse and ask her to kill Lakshmi’s baby. The nurse says that she will shift Lakshmi to another ward. She goes to Lakshmi and lies about the doctor’s call. She asks Lakshmi to come with her. Lakshmi gets suspicious.
She says that she will call the doctor. The nurse asks her to just come along and meet the doctor there. Lakshmi waits for the doctor. Rishi and Lakshmi miss each other. Lakshmi calls him. He takes the call, but she disconnects.
He calls her back. The nurse interrupts Lakshmi. Lakshmi misses answering Rishi’s call. He gets busy in a meeting. The nurse tells Lakshmi that the doctor will come and see her soon. She injects the medicine into Lakshmi. Lakshmi fails to know the threat to her life. Ayush joins Rishi in the meeting. Rishi stays worried about Lakshmi. He thinks Lakshmi is avoiding her. He feels sorry that he couldn’t support Lakshmi. He decides to go to the hospital and find out the truth. He asks Ayush to continue.
The nurse asks Lakshmi to let her do the work. Lakshmi asks why she injected her unnecessarily. She falls unconscious. The nurse and the ward boy spread the poisonous gas in the ward. They attempt to harm Lakshmi and her baby. The nurse informs Malishka that Lakshmi will soon lose her baby. Malishka and Kiran make sure that Lakshmi doesn’t get saved. They soon make a leave.
Lakshmi wakes up and falls short of breath. She thinks of her baby. She tries to leave the room. She shouts for help. Rishi reaches there. Lakshmi sees him and calls him out. She says that she has to save her baby. She finds a way to escape. Balwinder spots Kiran and Malishka outside the hospital.
Malishka sees him and taunts him. She tells that she has handled everything. She adds that she is okay. He asks her to take care of his baby. She rebukes him. Kiran and Malishka tell him that they have come to the hospital to kill Lakshmi’s baby by spreading poisonous gas. He is shocked to know their deadly plan.
