Lakshmi scares Sudha and attempts to flee. Sudha is hurt. She asks the staff to follow Lakshmi and catch her. Shalu learns that the hospital has a basement too. She thinks to check it out, but Balwinder distracts her. She confronts him about fathering Malishka’s child. He wants to stop her from going to the basement, where Lakshmi is undergoing an abortion.
Ayush and Rishi scold the nurse when she doesn’t cooperate. Ayush threatens to sue the hospital if anything happens to Lakshmi. They ask the nurse to show them the CCTV footage since the police have come to find Lakshmi. She agrees. Rishi also lectures her and rushes to the CCTV room. The staff looks for Lakshmi. Lakshmi thinks of getting the key from Daima.
Balwinder denies the accusation. He tells Shalu that he isn’t connected to Malishka. She threatens to expose his truth. She doesn’t reach the basement level. She gets confused. Balwinder tells Shalu that there is no basement in the hospital. He warns her to stay away from his matter. Daima gets conscious. She asks the staff to catch Lakshmi. Shalu asks Lakshmi where she is. She looks for Lakshmi. Lakshmi explores the basement to find a way out. She enters a tunnel.
She sees the staff members coming close. She hides from them. Shalu cries for Lakshmi. She prays to get some help. She speaks to Rano on the call. She tells her about Lakshmi’s disappearance. Rano grows worried. Daima and the staff look for Lakshmi. Ayush tells Rishi that he will call Shalu and inform her. Rishi says that he will go and check the CCTV footage. Balwinder overhears them and runs to Malishka. He tells Malishka that Rishi has called the cops, and he is madly searching for Lakshmi.
Malishka says that she won’t be caught. The ward boy taunts her and asks her to stop Rishi. Balwinder scolds him. He tells Malishka they can get caught if Rishi spots them in the footage. Kiran and Malishka get worried. Malishka says that she will call Daima. She calls Daima, who is searching for Lakshmi. Lakshmi hides and overhears Daima speaking to someone on the call. She wonders who wants to abort her child. Malishka informs about the police. Rishi recollects that Lakshmi was unconscious.
Daima is scared of getting caught. Malishka asks her to finish the work. Daima tells that Lakshmi has run away. Malishka asks her to find Lakshmi and complete the task. Kiran is also stressed. She asks Malishka to relax.
Later, Rishi meets Harleen, who arrives at the hospital to support him. He says that he didn’t realize Lakshmi’s presence. He says that someone has kidnapped Lakshmi. Lakshmi is shocked to see organ trafficking going on in the basement. She saves the lady. Daima catches Lakshmi and faints her.
