Armaan, suddenly crowned Sweet Police of the house, stops Kaveri from giving Ruhi the regular laddoos. Apparently, his unborn child has a royal palate that only accepts “special” sweets. Ruhi, wounded in pride and tastebuds, chokes down the sugar-free, joyless alternatives while everyone else cheers them on like they’re gourmet delights. Aryan tries to spin it as “healthy,” but let’s be honest—it felt more like punishment.
While Ruhi simmers in awkward silence, Armaan plays Sherlock looking for Abhira. Ruhi, not wanting another lecture, fibs that Abhira’s off on some client mission. Armaan’s ego, naturally, takes offense—because how dare anything be more important than his party?
Abhira finally arrives, and Ruhi rushes her to Armaan before the volcano erupts. Armaan, being the drama king he is, drops another bomb—he’s already picked the baby’s name. Abhira, standing like an accidental guest at her own baby’s naming ceremony, is stunned. So much for shared parenting.
She later tries to discuss sending Ruhi to her family for a while, but Armaan’s ego slams the door shut. Classic.
Meanwhile, Krish and Charu, with Sanjay’s enthusiastic backing, ambush Kajal at a restaurant with the news of their possible marriage. Kajal nearly chokes on the air. Abhir brings in the Goenkas to smooth things out, but Manish sides with Kaveri, shutting down the alliance like a stubborn dad in a ’90s family drama.
Abhira finally gathers the nerve to question Armaan about the baby’s name. Armaan tries to play the “I did ask you, remember?” card, but Abhira isn’t buying it. She calls him out for sidelining her like an extra in her own story. She still hopes that once the baby arrives, her husband will return from whatever emotional spaceship he’s currently orbiting.
As if the chaos wasn’t enough, Ruhi attempts to run away—but Armaan catches her red-handed. Still, Ruhi makes it to the Goenka house. Manish steps in, suggesting she stay until the baby arrives. Armaan tries convincing her to return, but Ruhi’s done playing loyal side character.
