Lakshmi gets caught by the staff. She gains consciousness. She fights them and manages to run away. Shalu makes a video call to Rano and asks her to answer it. She fixes Rano’s phone inside the lift. She takes Rano with her. She tells that they will see everything happening inside the lift like a CCTV camera feed. Rano calls her smart. Lakshmi meets a new nurse and begs her to help her. The nurse is Sudha’s friend. She lies to Lakshmi and tells that her sister will help her.
She calls Daima and informs about Lakshmi. Lakshmi realizes the nurse is cheating her. Shalu keeps an eye on the hospital staff to see if anyone goes to the basement. She also wants to see the method by which they are going to the basement. They find Nurse Sudha inside the lift and follow her. Shalu asks Sudha to help her with illegal work. Sudha tells that she can help her, but she needs permission from her seniors. She asks what work do they have. Rano tells about Shalu’s abortion.
She lies to Sudha. Shalu asks Sudha to hurry up. Sudha calls Daima and informs them about the abortion case. Daima asks Sudha to get Shalu there. Shalu thanks Sudha. She adds that she has informed Rishi about the illegal activity. Balwinder reaches there and faints Shalu. Shilpa ties up Shalu. Balwinder tells that he will handle Rishi. He threatens Shilpa too. Rishi reaches the hospital. Lakshmi sees him and shouts to make herself audible to him.
Rishi hears her voice, but fails to spot her. Rishi goes ahead. He asks a ward boy about the hospital basement. The man says that there isn’t any basement. Rishi asks him not to lie. He asks others about it. He calls Shalu. Shilpa takes Shalu’s phone and disconnects. He calls her again.
