Kumkum Bhagya 8th May 2025 Written Update: Prarthna’s Decision:
Bua Maa tells Shivansh that she doesn’t accept his marriage and won’t do Prarthna’s Grahpravesh. She asks him why he didn’t marry Sonalika. Shivansh requests her. She sternly refuses. He follows her to convince her. Bua Maa tells him that she will never be convinced. She shouts out her decision to Prarthna. She argues with Shivansh. She tells him that if he had told her about this move, then she would have stopped him from this madness. He tells that he has married Prarthna to exact his revenge on Smita.
She says that she didn’t want him to ruin his life for his revenge motives. She is stunned when he reveals that Prarthna was getting married to Smita’s son, Raunak. Bua Maa connects the dots and gets disappointed that Shivansh has gone against her word. She reminds him that he agreed to move on, but broke the promise. He says that he couldn’t think of anything because of his revenge.
He blames Smita for ruining his life. He adds that he couldn’t attack Smita’s business, that’s why he planned to attack her family, so he had attacked Raunak’s happiness, which will ruin Smita’s peace. He regrets that Smita never loved him. He recalls how Smita was treating Raunak with love. He says that Smita abandoned him. He feels ashamed that he is Smita’s son.
He reveals that he started hating Raunak as well, Raunak professed his feelings for Prarthna and wanted to marry her. He tells her that he wanted to hurt Smita’s heart and ruin her happiness, and hence, he had attacked Raunak’s happiness. Tanya overhears them. On the other hand, Raunak is still depressed. He tells Smita that he feels suffocated and wants to leave the house. He asks her not to stop him back. He shares his sorrow with her. He leaves the house. Smita breaks down. Kanti consoles her.
Smita says that she never saw Raunak so shattered. She finds him in much pain. She asks Kanti to bring back Raunak’s happiness. Kanti embraces her. Prarthna remembers Seema’s words and waits at the door. Bua Maa tells Shivansh that she can’t accept his decision. She feels he has ruined his life after marrying Prarthna. Shivansh tells that he has snatched Smita’s happiness and ruined the Zaveri family’s peace.
He says that the family would be questioning Smita at this time. She asks him to understand that he has ruined his future while ruining Smita. She says that Raunak will get fine in a few days and Smita will return to her normal life, but Shivansh won’t get anything. She rejects Prarthna. He says that he will also not accept Prarthna, but he had to get her home so that she doesn’t go back to Raunak.
He adds that he has no intention to spend his life with Prarthna. He wants to marry Sonalika, by keeping this marriage a secret. Bua Maa asks what will he do. He promises to manage everything. She reminds him about his marriage to Sonalika. He tells that he had to take his revenge first. He asks Bua Maa’s support. He convinces her to accept Prarthna for time being. Raunak gets drunk and drives.
Mayank and Harsh get worried for him. They try to control Raunak’s madness. Raunak angrily slaps Mayank. Mayank asks him to vent out his anger, but stop his madness. Raunak feels he has lost everything after Prarthna left him.
