Anupama 10th May 2025 Written Update: Kothari-Shah War. Today in Anupama written update, Raghav tries to play his sad little mouth organ but thinks it’s busted. Enter Anupama, fairy godmother of forgotten musicians, who gifts him a brand-new one. Raghav looks like someone handed him a spaceship—he’s clearly not used to gifts. Anupama, ever the empathetic artist, tells him she originally bought it for herself but would rather see him use it. She even requests a mouth organ tutorial in exchange for a dance lesson. Raghav blushes through his moustache and agrees. He plays a tune, and Anupama immediately spirals into memories of Mahi—because why should we have one moment of calm?
Raghav senses the storm brewing in her mind. Anupama confesses she’s torn between Mahi and Rahi, caught in a dilemma that Vasundhara doesn’t help with—since that woman’s default mode is “Anupama is wrong.” Raghav gently tells her to close her eyes and breathe, a rare moment of peace in her otherwise judgment-packed life.
But peace never lasts. The local gossip gang is already sipping tea and speculating that Anupama might be gearing up for her third marriage—with Raghav. Society clearly has a PhD in jumping to conclusions. Still, our queen Anupama decides to learn the mouth organ anyway, because what’s life without a little rebellion?
Then Rahi marches in, all fired up. Anupama, tired and emotionally jetlagged, tells her to speak quickly. But Rahi, instead of concern, hurls accusations about Anupama’s “character” because she dares to have a friend with a Y chromosome. Raghav, meanwhile, is in his poetic zone, reflecting on his pain-filled life but also cherishing Anupama’s rare, judgment-free friendship.
Anupama is stung by Rahi’s attack but claps back with grace. She reminds her that she once shared the same bond with Yashdeep and that friendship doesn’t need society’s stamp of approval. Leela chimes in with her regular “log kya kahenge” monologue, but Anupama shuts that down like a pro. She may be alone, but she’s not weak—and she certainly doesn’t need society’s permission to value someone who simply listens.
Still not done, Leela pokes her nose again, asking what Anupama will do if Raghav falls in love with her. Paritosh joins the interrogation panel. Anupama calmly tells them if Raghav ever crosses a line, she’ll walk away. But until then? The friendship stays. Period.
She confesses that she feels at peace around Raghav—something she’s never felt in the emotionally constipated Shah household. Rahi, ever skeptical, refuses to trust him. Anupama tells her, fine, don’t trust him—just trust me. Leela ominously warns that by the time Anupama sees the truth, it might be too late. Someone’s clearly been binge-watching dramatic thrillers.
Meanwhile, in a totally different plot lane, Raja wants to record a video to impress Ishani. Of course, he picks the worst hour possible, and Anil has to remind him that normal people sleep at night. But Raja’s priorities are sorted—love before logic.
Back to the Shahs, Anupama tries playing her new instrument but is interrupted by a teary-eyed Prarthana. When Anupama asks what’s wrong, the Shahs gather like storm clouds. Leela wants to send Prarthana away like she’s excess baggage, but Anupama stands firm, warning that this stubbornness might spark a full-blown Kothari-Shah war.

Gautam drops a bomb that Prarthana left him because he wanted to be a dad. Anupama, channeling her inner firecracker, accuses him of lying. Prarthana demands a divorce, leaving Gautam looking like someone unplugged his soul.
