Today in Bhagya Lakshmi written update, Lakshmi struggles to reveal her pregnancy to Rishi, torn between the truth and the storm Malishka has stirred. Shalu supports her, while Lakshmi vows to expose Malishka and Balwinder’s deceit before sharing her own news. Meanwhile, Anushka eavesdrops and fuels Malishka’s dirty game.
As the baby shower begins, Neelam showers affection on Malishka, proudly announcing her pregnancy to guests. Rishi urges Lakshmi to put on a happy face, but her anger flares, unable to digest the fake celebration. Tensions spike when Anushka slyly spills oil on the stairs. Malishka fakes a dizzy spell and nearly falls—Lakshmi’s concern is twisted into an accusation. Kiran lashes out, claiming Lakshmi tried to harm the baby. Malishka plays victim once more, and Lakshmi is left stunned, framed yet again in front of the entire family.

Lakshmi isn’t able to convey the truth to Rishi. Shalu follows Lakshmi and asks her if she is upset, feeling compelled to hide about her pregnancy. She asks Lakshmi why didn’t she confide the truth before. Lakshmi justifies her decision of keeping the pregnancy a secret. She tells that Malishka’s pregnancy news came as a shocker and the truth of Balwinder and Malishka’s relationship has further created a hurdle.
She wants to expose the evil duo first and then reveal her pregnancy news to the Oberois. She is angry that Malishka is cheating the family. She feels helpless and sorry for Rishi. She cries that she has no proof against Malishka. Anushka arrives there and overhears them. Shalu consoles Lakshmi. Kiran asks Anushka why she is so happy. Anushka shares the news with her. She says that Lakshmi is frustrated while preparing for Malishka’s baby shower. Kiran gets angry.
Malishka is also happy to know about Lakshmi’s irritated behavior. She wants Lakshmi to react angrily in front of everyone. She knows Neelam will rebuke Lakshmi. Karishma comes to call Malishka. Anushka hides in the room. Neelam welcomes her friend Shailaja. Harleen and Neelam embrace Shailaja. Neelam introduces Malishka as her Bahu. She asks Rishi to greet Shailaja. Rishi and Ayush meet Shailaja. Neelam surprises Shailaja with Malishka’s pregnancy news.
Shailaja congratulates Malishka. Harleen is glad that Neelam is filled with joy. She wishes the family always stays happy. Rishi looks for Lakshmi. He goes to the kitchen and asks Lakshmi to come and meet Shailaja. He wants her to behave normally for Neelam’s sake. Lakshmi gets angry. Shalu says that Lakshmi has mood swings. Lakshmi says that it happens sometimes, she isn’t happy to attend Malishka’s baby shower. She shouts that she doesn’t want to see Rishi sitting beside Malishka at the function.
Rishi asks her to calm down. He makes a leave. Shalu asks Lakshmi not to upset Rishi. Lakshmi requests her to leave. Shalu hugs her and asks her to behave calmly. They go out and see the family members. Lakshmi asks Mukesh to clean the stairs once. Anushka recalls putting the oil on the staircase. Rishi and Malishka sit for the baby shower rituals. The pandit asks Neelam to give Shagun Chunri to Malishka.
Neelam performs the rituals and blesses Malishka. Lakshmi sadly goes to clean the staircase. Anushka spills the oil once again. Malishka acts dizzy. Lakshmi advises her to go upstairs and rest for a while. Malishka fakes a fall. Anushka is sure that she will not get caught on the CCTV cameras. She wants Lakshmi to get accused. Malishka gets rescued by Kiran. Kiran asks Malishka if she is okay.
She angrily accuses Lakshmi. Malishka worries about her baby. She says that someone has spilled the oil on the stairs. Kiran says that Lakshmi wants to harm Malishka and her baby. Malishka and Kiran target Lakshmi. Lakshmi and Rishi appear shocked.
