In a gut-wrenching episode of Bhagya Lakshmi, Lakshmi faces the harsh consequences of a crime she may not have committed. As Shalu begs Ayush to stop Lakshmi, she walks away with the police, haunted by memories of her time with the Oberois. Her eyes find Rishi, but all she sees is cold detachment.

Rishi, drowning in grief over losing his mother Neelam, lashes out at Lakshmi. He accuses her of betrayal and confesses his hatred, claiming that helping her won’t bring his mother back. Harleen stands by Lakshmi, believing she’s incapable of such a crime. But Kiran fuels the fire, calling Lakshmi a murderer. Ayush warns her not to provoke Rishi, but Malishka quickly defends her mother, insisting Ayush stay quiet for the sake of the “victim.”

As the inspector warns against taking the law into their hands, Lakshmi is taken away. In a deeply emotional moment, Paro rushes to hug Lakshmi. She pleads with her to come home. Lakshmi gently tells Paro to go, promising to return soon. Paro begs Rishi to stop the arrest, but he remains unmoved. Malishka, satisfied that her plan has succeeded, stops Paro and scares her with Rishi’s anger.

Ayush tries to reason with Rishi, asking why Lakshmi would accept blame if she wasn’t guilty. Rishi is consumed by the loss of his mother and refuses to listen. He believes Lakshmi has ruined everything, even their children’s lives.

At the police station, Lakshmi endures taunts from a constable. Meanwhile, Malishka pretends to care for Paro when she thinks Rishi is watching. But Paro sees through it. Her only wish is simple—she just wants her mother back. Ayush remains the only one who believes Lakshmi is innocent.

Lakshmi thinks of Paro’s sorrow. Rano comes there with Shalu. She asks Lakshmi why did she confess the crime when she is innocent. She tells that she can never believe it, Lakshmi can’t kill Neelam and this can’t be the truth. She asks Lakshmi to tell her the truth, since the Oberoi family members aren’t around. Malishka asks Paro to close eyes and sleep.

Paro tells that she doesn’t like the police, since she was taken away last time. Malishka promises to bring back Lakshmi. Rishi feels sorrowful when Paro asks him to bring Lakshmi. Rohan comes and asks Rishi about Lakshmi. He asks when will Lakshmi come back.

Malishka tells Rohan that Lakshmi is helping police in solving a case and she will come back soon. She adds that she will take care of the kids in Lakshmi’s absence. She acts sweet and impresses Rishi. Rishi is relieved seeing Malishka comfort the kids. She thinks Lakshmi is finally away from her life. Rano swears to never talk to Lakshmi if she doesn’t break her silence. Lakshmi stays silent.

Rano asks Lakshmi to tell her the truth. Lakshmi weeps. Rano asks Lakshmi to think what will happen to them, the people will taunt them about Lakshmi being a murderer. She asks if Lakshmi wants them to get insulted and defamed. Aanchal speaks to Rishi. She gets angry and taunts him about Lakshmi. She tells that Neelam was everything to her, and now she is no more. She asks Rishi if he is happy now. Rishi is in tears. Anushka meets Malishka and Kiran. She asks how did Lakshmi confess the crime. Malishka tells that Lakshmi is saving Paro, thinking the latter has killed Neelam.

Anushka says that Paro is a child and would have easily escaped punishment. She wonders why did Lakshmi confess when the entire Oberoi family would have protected Paro on knowing the truth. Rano asks Lakshmi why did she break their trust and insult them. She ends ties with Lakshmi. Shalu asks Rano to stay back. Rano leaves. Shalu asks Lakshmi to speak up. Lakshmi asks her to go and console Rano.

Shalu asks why she is not thinking of herself. Aanchal asks Rishi why he didn’t abandon Lakshmi when Neelam begged him. Kiran tells Anushka that Lakshmi is foolish, she loves the kids a lot, and she can do anything for them. Malishka says that Lakshmi is really mad to sacrifice herself. Kiran tells that kids are fragile minded, such bad incidents leave a lifelong scar on a child’s mind, that’s why Lakshmi has taken this decision. Shalu begs Lakshmi to say the truth. Lakshmi asks her to take care of Rano.

Shalu knows Lakshmi has a big reason behind her decision. She asks Lakshmi to share the truth when the right time comes. She leaves. Aanchal lectures Rishi and makes him sink into guilt. Rishi tells that he isn’t happy after losing his mom, as he loved Neelam the most. Malishka tells that Lakshmi is out and now it’s a golden chance for her to rule over the Oberoi family. She wants the family to hate Lakshmi.

Lakshmi cries that she is hiding the truth for Paro’s sake. She wants to tell Rishi and bring him out of sorrow. Rishi tells Aanchal that Neelam was very important to him. She asks him not to lie about his priorities. She wants him to leave her alone. Kiran and Anushka ask Malishka to win over Rishi. Malishka smiles. Lakshmi worries about Paro. She tells that she wants to make a call and speak to her daughter. The constable doesn’t permit her. Rishi comes to meet Lakshmi. She smiles seeing him.

He scolds her for smiling after so much had happened in their family. He tells that he had to come to vent his anger. She adds that she wants to tell him the truth of Neelam’s murder. He asks her to stop it. He tells that he doesn’t want to hear her voice. She asks him to give her time to explain the matter. He blames her for attempting to kill Malishka’s unborn child and then killing Neelam.
