In tonight’s Kumkum Bhagya, drama reaches new heights as Shivansh storms into the lion’s den to save his wife, Prarthna. Armed with only his courage and a gun snatched from a goon, Shivansh declares himself her husband and protector. He holds the criminals at gunpoint, bluffing his way out as he whisks Prarthna to safety.
But not everything goes as planned.
Outside, Karan reaches the Haveli, only to be shocked by what he discovers—an illegal auction of girls happening behind the luxurious walls. He’s disgusted and furious, ready to end ties with Shivansh, believing him to be involved.
Meanwhile, tension brews between Shivansh and Prarthna as they argue about their strained relationship. Amidst the chaos, Shivansh accuses Prarthna of abandoning their home, while she confronts him for pushing her away.
Their moment is interrupted when Bhavna offers to help them escape. Prarthna trusts her, despite Shivansh’s doubt. Sadly, his instincts prove right. Bhavna turns traitor, trapping Prarthna and handing her over to the old lady for a hefty bribe.

Kumkum Bhagya 28th May 2025 Written Update: Betrayal Shocks Everyone:
Marcus asks the goons about Prarthna. The goon tells that Prarthna didn’t flee. Marcus turns angry. He tells that he doesn’t have much time, his private jet is ready and he has to leave immediately. The old lady gets Prarthna to him. She asks him to take Prarthna with him. Prarthna asks them to leave her. Marcus asks his guards to get Prarthna.
He tells Prarthna that she has wasted a great deal of his time. He asks her to come with him. Prarthna tells him that she isn’t a bad character girl, she had tension at home, and she went out, the goons kidnapped her and forced her. Marcus asks why she didn’t tell him this before. He says that girls don’t come by their wish to such a place. He forcibly takes her. Prarthna shouts to alert Shivansh. Shivansh and Karan hear her scream and rush. The goons try to stop them. Shivansh fights the goons.
He gets beaten up. Prarthna asks them to leave Shivansh. Shivansh asks them to leave Prarthna free. They care for each other. The old lady angrily pushes Prarthna. Prarthna gets injured. Shivansh rushes to hold her. He assures that he is with her. The goons catch them at gunpoint. Marcus tells that he will take Prarthna with him. Karan reaches there and catches Marcus at gunpoint. He asks the goons to leave Shivansh and Prarthna. Shivansh lifts Prarthna and takes her.
Gayatri worries about Prarthna and wakes up. She shares her tension with Seema. Seema tells that Prarthna is okay in Shivansh’s house. Gayatri calls Prarthna. She attempts to call Shivansh. Preeta hides from the goons. A goon shoots at Shivansh, but Prarthna gets hurt. Karan asks Shivansh to take Prarthna to the hospital. Preeta drives Shivansh and Prarthna to the hospital. She doesn’t see Karan there. Karan also leaves his car and follows Shivansh. Neha calls Payal and asks for money.
She explains her helplessness. Payal tells that Neha can’t blackmail her. She refuses to give her any money. Neha threatens to expose Payal in front of Raunak. Payal scolds her. Neha asks when she is transferring the money. Payal agrees to send the money after visiting Neha at the hospital. She calls Bhavesh to pick her up. Shivansh speaks to Prarthna with love on Preeta’s insistence. He promises to never get angry and scold her. Preeta realizes they have love between them. Prarthna gets conscious.
Preeta tells that nothing will happen to Prarthna now. They reach the hospital. Preeta asks the nurse to admit Prarthna. She lies about Prarthna’s normal injury. Shivansh wonders why did Priya lie. Bhavesh takes Payal to the hospital. Payal asks why he did not take her calls before. He recalls Prarthna’s auction. He says that he has witnessed something terrible. She asks what.
He tells about the evil people selling Prarthna. She asks what he is saying. He tells her the entire matter. She is shocked to know this. He tells that some goons kidnapped Prarthna and took her to the haveli for auction. He adds that he left the place and didn’t see what happened to her. She thinks Prarthna is out of her life forever. She loves the good news. Prarthna gets treated.
Shivansh looks at her. He asks Preeta why did she lie at the reception. She tells that if she told the truth, then the nurse would not have admitted her and would have asked them to call the police. She adds that if they lie for someone’s good, then it’s not wrong. The nurse asks Shivansh to sign the form. Preeta thinks of Prarthna. Shivansh fills the form.
Preeta asks Shivansh why did he fight with Prarthna and hurt her esteem, when he is her husband and is responsible for her protection. She praises Prarthna. She asks him to keep his marriage. She tells that he has saved Prarthna from this big trouble. He thanks her. He requests her to go home. He promises to look after Prarthna.
