Just then, a call from Anupama flashes on her screen. Rahi hesitates but answers, and both are left stunned in heavy silence. Rahi’s heart begins to echo painful memories—the moment the Kothari family accused Anupama of Aryan’s death. Unable to hold back the storm of emotions, she blurts out accusations. She tells Anupama she’s responsible for tearing the family apart, for turning their happiness into grief. Anupama, shattered by Rahi’s harsh words, quietly ends the call. Alone, she prays not for herself, but for Rahi’s happiness—even if it’s far away from her.
Elsewhere, there’s celebration in the Shah household—Pari and Raja are basking in their marital bliss. But the joy takes a sharp turn when Paritosh confronts Raja, demanding money. Turns out, Raja lied about having a job. Without hesitation, Raja hands over the money, trying to diffuse the tension. Meanwhile, Pari brings gifts for Ishani and Pakhi, but instead of gratitude, Ishani accuses Pari of trying to flaunt her relationship with Raja to make her jealous.
Pari doesn’t stay silent. She reveals that Ishani betrayed Raja, promising a court marriage but vanishing after all the preparations were made. Raja supports Pari, saying that her betrayal almost cost him his life. The scene turns emotional as Raja drapes a sari around Pari, creating a light, tender moment between them. Pari tells him she’s truly happy.
But Ishani, unable to stand the sight, makes a crude remark about Pari’s weight. Raja steps in to defend his wife. Pakhi tells Ishani to stop, but in return, Pari snaps at Pakhi, accusing her of favoring Meeta because of their business partnership. Tempers flare and a full-blown fight erupts between Pari and Ishani. In tears, Pari declares she will never return to the Shah house again. She refuses to see Raja disrespected and decides she’ll celebrate Rahi’s birthday instead. Hasmuk gently urges her to come back.
Later, Anupama calls Hasmuk. In her silence, Hasmuk understands everything. He reassures her that all is well and promises not to question her whereabouts. Anupama quietly listens and ends the call. Leela asks Hasmuk who called, and he lies, saying it was a wrong number. Leela grows suspicious—this is now the “wrong number” he receives at the same time every week.
Meanwhile, Gautam reveals to Meeta and Anil that he was always aware of Prarthana and Ansh’s affair—and that’s why Prarthana left. Anil tries to defend her, but Meeta coldly tells him not to challenge Gautam, since he’s a key shareholder in their company. Anil refuses to stay quiet, but Meeta changes the subject, blaming Anupama for their family’s ruin. Rahi overhears everything, her mind spinning with conflicting emotions.
Back with Anupama, Bharti and Jaspreet try to cheer her up, reminding her that life must go on. Anupama, burdened by guilt, feels helpless for not being able to do anything for the two women. Jaspreet gifts her slippers and a bag—small tokens of support that hit Anupama hard. She hesitates to work again, but Jaspreet and Bharti encourage her. They remind her she’s strong, capable, and deserving of a fresh start.
Elsewhere, Rahi assumes her birthday has been forgotten. But in a surprising twist, the Kotharis have actually planned a celebration. Prem lovingly tells Rahi that he can forget himself, but never her birthday. She is touched. Mahi, however, seems unimpressed and annoyed at the attention Rahi is getting.
Episode ends on a note of emotional contrast—Anupama stays away, aching for her daughter, while Rahi gets the love she didn’t expect, but perhaps not from the one she truly longs for.
