Kumkum Bhagya 9th June 2025 Written Update: Smita’s Ego Clash. Today in Kumkum Bhagya written update, Payal comes to meet Smita and Raunak. Raunak assumes that Shivansh has come home. Smita and Raunak are surprised to see Payal at the door. Raunak asks Payal why did she come. Payal tells that she got to know about Shivansh snatching their house and she came to meet them, as she is hurt seeing them in trouble, they are like her family and she wants to be with them.
Raunak asks her to stop interfering in their family matter. She asks him to understand she is his friend and she loves them. Smita tells that Payal is right and Raunak should forget the past issues. Raunak doesn’t listen and leaves. Smita apologizes to Payal. Payal tells that she regrets whatever Shivansh did. Smita feels bad that the news is spreading so much. She sends away Shubhvi.
She talks to Payal in private. Payal tells that Shivansh might have done this on Prarthna’s word, as Prarthna hates Smita and wants revenge on her. She tells that Prarthna wants to snatch Zaveri house. She wants to scold Prarthna. Smita asks Payal not to get involved. She knows Payal wants to become a part of their family. She tells that their current situation is bad. Payal understands Smita. Smita tells that she also wants to make Payal her Bahu. Payal is glad with the assurance and leaves.
Smita wants Kanti to speak to the lawyers and save their house. She is upset with Shivansh’s move. Karan tells the manager that he doesn’t want any cook at his house. Preeta enters the house and goes to the kitchen to make the food. Karan and Preeta have a hit and miss again. She picks up his tie and thinks of Karan. She clears her mind and gets to work. She sees Karan’s picture on the wall and learns that Karan is the rude man Shilpa was talking about. She feels she has some connection with him.
She wants to make a lot of dishes for him. She sees Matarani’s idol and finds it beautiful. She speaks to Matarani and takes her blessings. She gets the flowers and performs the puja. Kanti speaks to the lawyer on call. He tells about Shivansh’s ultimatum. He wants to get a solution. He tells Smita that the lawyers are losers and they are not able to find any solution, he can’t get a stay order from the court and save his house. He fears that they will become homeless soon.
He asks Smita to speak to Shivansh and try to sort their issues, as Shivansh often speaks about their enmity and revenge. He knows Smita can never do wrong with anyone. Smita agrees. She goes to Shivansh’s house. She comes across Bua Maa, who questions her arrival. Smita tells that she has come to meet Shivansh and explain to him that he is doing wrong. She adds that Shivansh is troubling her family. Bua Maa comments on Smita’s new family, who are unaware of her past truth.
Smita defends herself. She tells that its her life and she will handle it. Bua Maa lectures her for having false pride. She feels Shivansh is bearing the punishment. She supports Shivansh, who is doing the right thing to take revenge on Smita. She scolds Smita. Smita argues with her and calls Bua Maa’s upbringing and values wrong. Bua Maa asks her why did she leave Shivansh in his childhood.
Smita doesn’t answer. She tells that she wants to stop Shivansh. Bua Maa tells that Shivansh will not understand anything now, as it’s too late. She adds that Shivansh has suffered a lot after Smita left him, he cried for his mother, and one day, he accused his dad of Smita’s leaving, he hated his dad until the latter died, then he got to know Smita’s truth. She calls Smita wrong. Smita tells that Bua Maa doesn’t know the truth. Bua Maa stops her and threatens to call the police.
She tells that she will get Smita arrested. Smita asks her not to provoke Shivansh. Bua Maa laughs at her. She insults Smita and asks her to leave. Prarthna comes there and overhears them. Bua Maa goes away. Smita sees Prarthna and asks about Shivansh. Prarthna tells Smita that Shivansh longs for his mom, he still loves her and often sees her in his dreams. She asks Smita to stop Shivansh with love as a mother. Smita realizes that Prarthna knows everything.
Prarthna tells that a mother can do anything, Smita can explain to Shivansh and stop him. Smita asks her not to ask her to bend down. She scolds Prarthna and shows off her ego. She comments on Prarthna’s temporary marriage. She tells that Shivansh has married Prarthna to keep his enmity towards Raunak. Prarthna calls her wrong and accuses her. She tells that Shivansh has enmity with Smita, as the latter abandoned her. Smita asks her to shut up.
Prarthna asks her to forget her ego and apologize to Shivansh. Smita doesn’t listen to her. Prarthna tells that Shivansh isn’t a bad person, he wants his mom’s love and understanding. She defends Shivansh’s emotions. Bua Maa comes back and asks Smita to get out. Smita asks Bua Maa to stop Shivansh, or else he will regret it a lot. She warns them. Bua Maa tells her that the time will show who will regret. Smita leaves. Preeta tells that Karan is lonely; he should become open-minded and meet people. She rushes to cook food.
Payal meets Smita outside Shivansh’s house. She says that she has come to scold Prarthna. Smita asks her not to waste her time. Payal pleases Smita with her sugary talks. She turns Smita against Prarthna. She frames Prarthna as the mastermind of all the mess. Smita tells that Prarthna will never help them. Payal tells that she will talk to Prarthna. Smita tells her that she has to go home and speak to Kanti about saving their house.
