In the latest episode of Kumkum Bhagya, emotions run high and jealousy begins to brew as hearts tangle and old feelings resurface.
Sonalika begins her day with a call to Shivansh, asking in her sweet tone if he misses her. But her romantic hopes are shattered within seconds when fate plays a twisty card. On the other end, Shivansh is distracted as he spots Prarthna stumbling. His instincts kick in and he rushes to catch her before she falls. She lands straight in his arms, leading to a classic romantic eyelock moment that leaves the air thick with unspoken feelings. Unfortunately for Sonalika, the call hadn’t disconnected yet—she hears everything. Shivansh drops the phone in the rush, unknowingly letting Sonalika listen to the exchange between him and Prarthna. Her shock is palpable. Not exactly the kind of love story she wanted to overhear.
Meanwhile, Raunak isn’t doing much better. He finds himself missing Prarthna and longing to bring her back into his life. But while he sulks in silence, Payal takes a more active route. She pays Prarthna a visit—not to comfort her, but to poke the already healing wound. Payal wastes no time in reminding Prarthna about her broken marriage with Raunak and slyly hints that she wants to make Raunak her future husband. She even has the audacity to ask if Prarthna would feel bad hearing it.
Prarthna, not one to stay silent, serves a subtle roast in return. She calmly tells Payal that a “nice girl” wouldn’t even feel the need to ask such a question. The message is clear—class can’t be faked, and Payal’s petty games aren’t impressing anyone.
Later, Shivansh is seen enjoying a delicious meal and compliments the food. The cook happily reveals that it was Prarthna who prepared it. Shivansh looks over at her, and their eyes meet again. Prarthna beams with a smile, clearly pleased with his appreciation. The chemistry is growing, and there’s no denying it anymore.
