6 Explosive Fan Reactions Slamming Armaan’s Hypocrisy in YRKKH

YRKKH 18th June 2025 Written Update: Myra’s Ultimatum

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 18th June 2025 Written Update: Myra’s Ultimatum and Abhira’s Heartbreak. Drama levels hit the ceiling in today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as Myra, with all the sass of a tiny dictator, issues an emotional ultimatum to Armaan. She demands just one thing — that he marries Geetanjali. Simple ask, right? Not really. Armaan, visibly stunned, tries to explain why he can’t go along with her plan, but Myra isn’t buying his excuses. She doesn’t want logic, she wants a wedding.

Myra, in her full tantrum mode, flatly refuses to take her medication unless Armaan agrees to marry Geetanjali. You know a kid is serious when they weaponize injections. Armaan urges her to be sensible, but she throws his concern back at him, saying she wants Geetanjali to be her mom — not someday, but now and forever.

Geetanjali enters the scene with concern written all over her face. She checks on Myra and tries to calm the situation. But Myra, powered by a strange combination of stubbornness and emotional blackmail, doubles down. She tells Armaan that unless he ties the knot with Geetanjali, he can forget about seeing her alive. Dramatic much? Yes. Effective? Also yes.

Abhira’s Surprise Journey to Mount Abu

Elsewhere, Abhira gets a message that shakes her world: Armaan has reached out to her after seven long years. Seven. That’s not just a gap, that’s an entire emotional glacier. She’s instantly flooded with mixed emotions, but the longing to see him — and to find their daughter Pookie — wins. She decides to go to Mount Abu, the place where their past lingers like a ghost. She doesn’t tell Kaveri or Vidya, quietly packing her pain and her hopes in one suitcase.

Stubborn Little Myra and Armaan’s Emotional Breakdown

Back at the hospital (or should we say emotional blackmail central), Myra is still holding her injection hostage. Armaan’s face is practically pleading at this point, but Myra doesn’t flinch. She clings to her mission: if she can’t have Geetanjali as her mom, she doesn’t want the meds. Geetanjali, moved by the child’s love, says Myra is precious to her. In a touching (and slightly manipulative) moment, Myra says Geetanjali is precious to her too, hence the marriage demand.

Kaveri’s Guess Game and Abhira’s Heartache

Kaveri and Vidya soon notice Abhira’s absence. Kaveri, quick to connect the dots, suspects Abhira has gone to meet Armaan. Vidya is left reeling by the possibility, clueless about the emotional tornado that’s about to hit Mount Abu.

Abhira reaches the location, only to find Geetanjali injured. Her concern shifts quickly to Myra, but the real punch comes moments later — she sees Armaan down on one knee, proposing to Geetanjali. Yes, proposing. Abhira’s face drops faster than Ezoic’s RPM on a slow news day. The sheer shock freezes her to the spot.

Armaan senses her presence. Whether it’s a lover’s instinct or just guilt radar going off, he feels something’s off. Meanwhile, Abhira collides with Anshuman, quite literally, who quickly realizes she’s not okay.

Armaan’s Inner Turmoil

Myra is over the moon after Armaan’s proposal — mission accomplished. Armaan, on the other hand, is a walking emotional mess. Memories of Abhira cloud his thoughts. He puts on a brave face for Myra but internally, he’s breaking. He knows he owes Abhira the truth but is too much of a coward to say it. Instead, he asks Dadu for a happy family photo, hoping a fake smile will mask the thousand regrets swirling inside him.

Anshuman, the Accidental Savior

Anshuman checks in on Abhira, who’s clearly falling apart. He gently pries out the truth, then calls Kaveri to inform her he found Abhira and will drop her home. On the way, Abhira nearly meets with an accident — that’s how distracted and heartbroken she is — but Anshuman steps in and saves the day. He’s proving to be the dependable type, especially when Armaan’s busy playing emotional hot potato.

Home, But Not Healed

Anshuman brings Abhira home, and her disheveled state leaves Kaveri and Vidya stunned. She’s not just hurt — she looks like someone whose last bit of faith just got stomped on. Anshuman, ever the gentleman, tells them to call him if she needs help. Kaveri then hesitantly asks the question that’s been burning on her tongue: did Abhira see Armaan with Geetanjali?

Oof. That cut deep.

The Episode Ends, But Not the Pain

Armaan continues to spiral emotionally, thinking of Abhira and regretting the silence he maintained. He wants forgiveness, but hasn’t mustered up the courage to even ask for it.

Meanwhile, Abhira is done waiting. The next morning, she hands over the divorce papers to Vidya. No more second chances. No more confusion. It’s over. Vidya makes up her mind to meet Armaan in person.

As for Armaan, he tries calling Abhira to talk, but she gives him the silence he probably deserves.

YRKKH 18th June 2025 Written Update Precap:

Vidya prepares to meet Armaan face-to-face. Abhira coldly instructs her to deliver the divorce papers. Armaan tries one last time to reach Abhira — but she isn’t in the mood to entertain ghosts from the past anymore.
