The episode kicks off with an emotional bang as Tara opens the door to find Ridhi standing there with Savi. Bhagyashree, ever the dramatic matriarch, flies into mother-mode and bombards Ridhi with tears and questions, accusing her of abandoning the family after moving to the USA. But the real twist comes when Ridhi reveals she was actually kidnapped—not vacationing in Starbucks land.
The bomb drops harder when Ridhi says Savi knew about the abduction but didn’t tell anyone. Bhagyashree’s response? A resounding slap. Tara joins the emotional dogpile, scolding Savi for hiding such a huge truth. But Savi defends herself, saying she didn’t want to risk anyone else’s safety. Not exactly a wrong move, but clearly not one the family appreciates.
Aniket tries to piece it all together, and Savi walks them through her amateur detective act—tracking clues from a video and pulling off a successful rescue. Bhagyashree, however, isn’t done with the blame game. She takes a jab at Srichand too for covering up Savi’s lie and pretending Ridhi was safely in the USA.
While the family broods, Sai shows more maturity than half the adults and praises her mother’s bravery. She mentions her beloved “Pookie uncle,” aka Neil, helped rescue Ridhi too. When Sai struggles to call him, Savi unblocks Neil’s number and encourages her to try again.
Cue the warm reunion moment: Sai calls Neil, who lights up the second he hears her voice. He flirts lightly, calling Savi a magician, and promises to visit soon. Sai, ever the sunshine child, makes a thank-you card and insists on a video call. She adorably tells Neil that he’s their “Oasis”—a calm comfort in chaos. Neil smiles through the screen, sending virtual kisses while Jeetu watches silently in the background, clearly storing drama for later.
Elsewhere, Leena raises the question we’ve all been thinking: Why is Neil risking his life for Savi and her family? Jeetu chimes in with suspicion, saying he warned Manjari and Yash about Neil getting too close. Bhushan wants to yank Neil back with force, but Vinod plays peacemaker, warning against alienating Neil completely.
Back at home, Srichand apologizes for unknowingly supporting the lie and questions Ridhi about her kidnappers. Ridhi, hiding the fact that she had a soft spot for her captor Maruti, conveniently claims she remembers nothing. Aniket makes a rare logical point—Savi and Neil did risk everything to bring Ridhi back, so maybe cut the woman some slack?
Srichand announces a Ganapati pooja and suggests inviting Neil’s family too. That’s probably the last good idea of the episode.
Sai proudly tells the rest of the family that Neil saved her and her mom. She even shows a picture of Neil running the parents’ race with Savi. And that’s when the party turns awkward. Tara pounces with an icy, “Are you replacing Rajat with Neil?” Srichand, clearly overwhelmed, notes that ACP Manjekar still doesn’t know any of this. Savi tries to explain, but the family’s in full roast mode.
Sai jumps in like a little warrior, saying she called Neil and her mom didn’t do anything wrong. Bhagyashree, however, insists that Savi took her to Neil deliberately. Savi clarifies that she didn’t know Neil was the school doctor until it was too late. Tara throws shade anyway. But Savi stands her ground, reminding them all that Neil helped her save Ridhi when nobody else could.
