The fire officers come to extinguish the fire. Raunak tells Payal that he will go and see Prarthna. The officer asks Raunak to help him. Mayank asks him to let Raunak go. He goes with the officer. Raunak rushes to meet Prarthna. Payal gets angry. Shivansh is angered when he gets stuck in traffic. He starts shouting. Prarthna wakes up and asks him to drive carefully. He asks her if she is okay. She says yes.
She asks about Smita. He says Smita is still unconscious. They rush Smita to the hospital. Shivansh tells about the fire incident. Smita is taken for the treatment. Prarthna is dizzy. The nurse tells Prarthna that the doctors will attend to Smita first. Raunak tells that Shivansh can never take his place in Prarthna’s life. He drives rashly. He hits a car. The car owner gets into a fight with Raunak.
He doesn’t let Raunak leave. Raunak apologizes and states that he has an emergency. The man calls the cops. Shivansh sees Smita and feels hurt. Prarthna tells him that she is glad to see his love for Smita. He asks her to talk to him later and get some rest. Shivansh gets the updates on Smita’s condition. The nurse asks Shivansh to fill out the form. Shivansh goes to complete the formalities.
Prarthna stays back. He calls Bua Maa. She asks him where he is. She worries for him. Shivansh says that he got badly stuck and is at a hospital right now. She asks if he is okay. He says that Smita isn’t okay. He tells her about the fire incident and how he saved Smita and Prarthna from the fire. He tells that Prarthna is brave; she always risks her life and saves others. He is relieved that Prarthna is fine.

She asks him to stay with Smita and encourage her to fight back for life. He feels helpless. She tells that loved ones always return. Shivansh goes to meet Smita. Raunak gets questioned by the cops. The inspector rebukes Raunak for the accident. Raunak refuses to cooperate with the cops. He wants to go to the hospital. The inspector stops him. Shivansh holds Smita’s hand and weeps.
He asks her not to leave him once again. He calls her Maa and breaks down. Prarthna gets pleased seeing his gentle side. Payal’s dad asks Ketki about Payal. Ketki lies to him. He tells that Payal is at Zaveri mansion, which is burning in fumes. He adds that the police arrested his bodyguards, and he got them bailed, because they had set the Zaveri mansion ablaze. He hopes Payal isn’t involved in this crime.
Ketki defends Payal. She calls Payal. She asks Payal to come home. Payal tells that she is still at Zaveri mansion. Ketki tells her about the police looking for the culprit behind the fire incident. She asks Payal not to get caught. She wants Raunak to get framed for the fire incident. Payal asks her not to do this. Ketki doesn’t listen to her. Ketki passes the information to Shivansh’s lawyer.
The lawyer calls Bua Maa and asks about Shivansh. Bua Maa asks about the matter. The lawyer tells about Raunak’s crime of burning his house to blame Shivansh. Bua Maa is shocked. She tells that Shivansh is okay and he is at the hospital to help someone. Shivansh asks Smita not to lose her will and come back to him. He asks why she left her son. He wants to know the reason.
The doctor asks him not to disturb Smita. Shivansh apologizes and leaves. Prarthna asks Shivansh not to worry; he won’t lose Smita this time. He scolds her for giving unnecessary lectures. She isn’t scared of his warning. She tells that he is a nice person. He asks her to stay away. She smiles. He asks why she is smiling. She calls him adorable. He asks her not to talk nonsense.
