Today in Bhagya Lakshmi written update, Malishka isn’t having a good day—Lakshmi’s sudden return to the Oberoi house has completely thrown her off balance. She vents her frustration to Kavya, sarcastically praising her for hiring Mamta as an assistant, while secretly admitting she needed someone exactly like Mamta to snoop around and spy on the Oberois. Her calm facade cracks as she reveals her hurt—Rishi didn’t even tell her about Lakshmi’s comeback. That stings more than she wants to admit.
Things escalate quickly when Kavya tries to lighten the moment with a silly comparison—likening Malishka to a clueless puppy. Obviously, Malishka doesn’t take that too well. The conversation takes a sharp turn and turns into a mild argument, with Malishka clearly offended and Kavya trying to defend herself, albeit awkwardly.
Meanwhile, in a quiet corner of the house, Mukesh finds Mamta lost in thought. He casually asks her what’s on her mind. Mamta, with a hint of nostalgia, brings up an old memory. Mukesh chuckles, remembering it, but her tone shifts as she confronts him. Why didn’t he ever fight for her? She catches him completely off guard. When she boldly asks him if he finds her beautiful, he stumbles—clearly not ready for this kind of interrogation. Still, he says yes.
Unfortunately for Mamta, Aanchal hears everything. And she’s not amused. In fact, she’s furious. She instantly picks up on Mamta’s manipulative tone and starts connecting the dots. She’s convinced Mamta has some twisted plan in motion and fears that if she isn’t stopped, Bhavna’s life could end up in ruins. As for Mukesh? Aanchal thinks he’s being a complete fool, too blinded by the past to notice Mamta’s real motives. The tension is rising.

Aanchal sees Mamta and stops her. She asks her to send Mukesh and Bhavna to her room. Mamta tells that Malishka called her immediately, so she will go to her first. Aanchal scolds her and asks her to take her orders first. She asks Mamta to come along with Mukesh and Bhavna. Mamta agrees and goes. Malishka is angry that Lakshmi has come home.
She wonders how did Lakshmi come, and why the police didn’t come to arrest her. She asks Kavya if she should talk to Rishi. She says that Rishi shouldn’t keep Lakshmi at home, as it’s illegal. Kavya tells that she should wait for Rishi to come to her and tell the truth. She tells that she wants to win back Rishi, since Lakshmi has come back. She wants a tough competition to win her love. Kavya knows Malishka is such type of personality who won’t accept love that comes easily.
Malishka says that she doesn’t feel guilty now. She feels she is toxic. She asks Kavya not to praise her. She knows herself well. Kavya tells that Malishka has made love tough for others. Malishka asks if she is insulting her. Kavya says that she can’t insult Malishka, because they are best friends. Malishka says that she wants to get Rishi back in her life. She wants to hurt Lakshmi.
She waits for Mamta. Kavya tells that she will be busy in some work. Malishka says that she doesn’t like boring love. She feels she is alive again. She wants to defeat Lakshmi. Kavya says that Malishka writes her fate. Malishka wants to win her love. She jokes about Shalu and Ayush’s innocent love. She describes her type of love, which is filled with madness. Kavya asks her not to sound like a psycho.
Malishka says that she will enjoy even that tag. She tells that she can do anything for Rishi; she will fight Lakshmi and snatch Rishi from her. Kavya calls her a lioness. Malishka tells that she will go and see Rishi and Lakshmi. Rishi recollects his moments with Lakshmi. He feels foolish to love her. He compares Lakshmi and his sacrifices and tries to weigh who did more. He says that he left his family and also his mom for Lakshmi’s sake. He cries for Neelam. Aanchal waits for Mukesh and Bhavna.
Mamta gets Mukesh and Bhavna to Aanchal’s room. Aanchal asks Mukesh if he will have any problem to keep Bhavna in the Oberoi mansion. He says no. She asks him if he is okay, if Bhavna stays okay without her friend Mamta. Mukesh says he has no problem with it. He asks Bhavna if she has a problem. Bhavna says no. Mamta asks Aanchal why does she want her to leave. She refuses to leave.
Aanchal tells that Mukesh works for them, Bhavna is his wife, and she can stay there, but Mamta isn’t their relative to stay back. She asks Mamta to leave. Mamta asks what mistake did she do that Aanchal dislikes her. Aanchal tells that she doesn’t want Mamta to stay back. Mamta calls her wrong. She sternly refuses to leave. Aanchal asks why she won’t leave when the tickets are also booked.
Malishka tells that Mamta works for her and she won’t leave. Aanchal asks Malishka to call someone else for help. Malishka asks why. She adds that she likes Mamta’s work. Aanchal tells that she has decided Mamta will leave, and Malishka has to accept her decision. Malishka asks Aanchal not to decide about Mamta. She doesn’t want Aanchal to interfere. She asks Mamta to come with her.
Aanchal is stunned by Malishka’s outright misbehavior. Mukesh apologizes to Aanchal. He says that he doesn’t understand what’s going on. Mukesh and Bhavna tell Aanchal that Mamta wasn’t bad before. Aanchal feels Malishka is pregnant, and she got emotional and hired Mamta. She thinks Malishka doesn’t know Mamta’s truth. Bhavna doesn’t like Mamta’s stay. Aanchal tells that she wants to send away Mamta.
She explains to him that Bhavna is pregnant and she should stay with good people. He tells that he will talk to Mamta. Mamta thanks Malishka for helping him. Malishka asks Mamta if she loves Mukesh. Mamta says yes. She tells that Mukesh and her marriage was fixed, but Bhavna came in between, Mukesh’s mom chose Bhavna, and got them married. Malishka asks why did Mukesh’s mom like Bhavna.
Mamta says that she used to fight with Mukesh, and their parents intervened and broke the alliance. Malishka understands her pain. She tells that she can help Mamta win back Mukesh. She finds Mamta’s story similar to hers.
