The episode opens with Abhira informing Vidya that she will schedule the date for her surgery. Vidya, still holding on to past bonds, calls out to Armaan. But Armaan gently asks her not to make him the center of anything, stating that Abhira had cared for everyone in his absence. Abhira, however, remains distant—avoiding both Vidya and Armaan altogether. Vidya urges her to take Armaan along to the hospital and questions how long she plans to continue keeping her distance. Armaan intervenes and tells Vidya not to force Abhira, reminding her that they’ve had no contact for the last seven years—and it will take time to heal. He decides to wait patiently until Abhira herself chooses to talk.

Kaveri, ever practical yet sharp-tongued, asks Abhira to check her sari that she sent for dry cleaning. Abhira questions the logic of investing in such an expensive sari when the family is struggling financially. Kaveri brushes it off and instructs her to count the saris. Armaan notices something unusual—Abhira counts the saris thrice. Vidya then shares a painful truth with him: after losing Pookie, Abhira lost her confidence. Since then, she rechecks everything—three times, every time. Vidya adds that Abhira is suffering more than anyone realizes. The weight of guilt settles heavily on Armaan as he reflects on how badly he hurt her in the past.

Meanwhile, Manisha and Manoj are excited to know that Armaan is back. Manisha hopes to see Armaan and Abhira reunited, returning home with Kaveri and Vidya. Manoj, trying to keep hopes realistic, tells her to stay calm.

Later, Armaan overhears Kaveri on a call with someone named Anshuman. He becomes curious—and a bit unsettled. From her tone, it’s clear Anshuman holds an important place in Kaveri’s life now. She even remarks that Anshuman cares for them more than Armaan ever did, especially after he disappeared for seven long years.

At the hospital, Abhira and Armaan meet the doctor for Vidya’s checkup. Abhira continues to keep her emotional shields up. While she observes Armaan chatting with Geetanjali and Myra, the doctor mistakenly assumes Abhira and Armaan are a couple. Abhira quickly corrects the misunderstanding—firmly stating that Armaan is not her husband. The atmosphere gets colder. Armaan tries to speak, but she quickly turns to speak with Anshuman instead. When Armaan asks about Anshuman, Abhira shuts him down—making it clear she has no intention of giving him another chance to hurt her.

Back at the firm, Manoj bumps into Armaan and invites him to return. Armaan declines the offer, stating that his priority is to reclaim the property Krish took over. Manoj agrees to stand by his side in that battle.

Despite being under the same roof, Armaan and Abhira continue to avoid any meaningful interaction. Armaan, sensing her boundaries, decides to quietly cherish the memories they once shared. Meanwhile, Kaveri and Vidya discuss the growing tension between them. Kaveri disapproves of them working together in the kitchen, but Armaan ends up helping Abhira prepare food anyway. Their quiet collaboration surprises everyone—especially when they realize Armaan actually knows how to cook. Kaveri suggests they just order from outside, but Vidya firmly states she would prefer to eat food made by Armaan. Perhaps it’s her way of bringing the broken pieces back together.

At the same time, Krish begins to worry about Armaan returning to the firm. The pressure gets to him, and he snaps at Tanya when she insists he help her pick out a wedding outfit. The threat of losing control clearly has him rattled.

Later, in a rare lighthearted moment, Kaveri and Abhira share Chinese food together. Kaveri brings up Anshuman again, casually stirring the pot. Hearing his name, Armaan is stunned. The reality of Anshuman’s growing presence in Abhira’s life begins to sink in.
