Everyone has moved into Neel’s house along with their kids, wanting to help him regain his memory. Neel, unaware of their true motive, showers love on the children as always. His bond with them is pure, but Sai remains the centre of his heart. Like a loving father, he sings her to sleep, unaware that little Sai is only pretending to sleep so she can talk to him alone about her mother’s struggles.
Later, Neel learns it’s Savi’s birthday. With roses in hand, he waits to confess his feelings to her, but Savi hesitates, her heart clouded by unspoken truths. When Neel gives her the rose and kisses her hand, she feels torn between her reality and his innocent love. Their moment is interrupted by Sai, who forces Neel to take them both to the cafe where he has arranged a sweet birthday surprise for Savi.
While Savi is overwhelmed with joy, Neel keeps trying to get closer to her. Just as he gathers the courage to confess, a waiter suddenly collapses with a heart attack. Neel immediately switches to his doctor mode, performs CPR, and saves the man’s life. The staff is grateful, saying:
“Sir, you didn’t just save him, you saved an entire family. Thank you so much.”
This act makes Savi admire Neel even more. The next day, Neel spends quality time with little Sai, building a tent in her room and having a pizza party. But happiness turns into panic when Sai’s health deteriorates. Savi rushes in, realising Sai is having a severe allergic reaction to olives in the pizza. Neel scrambles to find her medication as Sai struggles to breathe. Despite the chaos, Neel manages to inject her with the allergy medicine just in time, saving her life.
Although Savi sees Neel’s genuine care, her eyes reflect hidden anger and sadness. As Neel leaves, Sai gathers courage and tells her mother:
“Papa didn’t do anything wrong.”
Savi is left speechless, holding onto her daughter’s words and Neel’s silent love. Now it remains to be seen if Savi will let her guard down and accept Neel in her life.
