Anupama 29th June 2025 Written Update: A Mother’s Battle, Manohar’s Revival, and Bharti’s Life at Risk. The episode begins with a silent yet heavy conversation between Anupama and Hasmukh. She asks him to give Rahi the money that Anuj had taken for her. Her eyes speak of resignation, as if she’s done expecting anything from anyone now. Hasmukh, always her silent support, agrees without any questions. He tells her he feels the same – that this money belongs to Rahi, not to any of them. Anupama, holding back tears, says she misses him deeply. Hasmukh gently reminds her to take care of herself, something she rarely does, being the perennial caretaker of everyone else.
Elsewhere, Pakhi discovers that Anupama is alive and that Hasmukh is in touch with her. As usual, her reaction is all about herself. She wonders why Anupama is playing hide and seek, conveniently forgetting how the family treated her before she left.
Meanwhile, Anupama sits alone with her thoughts, reflecting bitterly that when a mother loses her child, she searches the ends of the earth to find them. Yet here, her son Paritosh is busy preparing her death certificate, just because she went missing for a while. That line cuts deep – a mother who spent her life for her children now erased from their existence like an unclaimed file.
Anupama tries to shift her thoughts away from Paritosh and the Shah family, telling herself not to waste another second on them. Her mind focuses on Manohar instead.
She sneaks into Manohar’s place and the sight breaks her heart. Memories flash back of how Tarun had destroyed this house. Calling out for Manohar, she notices the plants are dry and dying. Her eyes soften as she scolds him gently, asking why he didn’t water them. She tells him plants only need someone to talk to them so they regrow with life. Trying to get his attention, she sees he is stunned to see her. He weakly asks why she visited, telling her to leave him alone. But Anupama is not the one to listen to nonsense. She scolds him for neglecting his health and his plants. With tears in her eyes, she commands him to listen to her from now on, telling him firmly to start talking to his plants again. Manohar smiles faintly, the first smile in days.
Outside, the girls are worried if Manohar will never teach them dance again. Anupama’s eyes twinkle with a plan.
Meanwhile, at Gautam’s place, a drama unfolds. Gautam asks Prarthana if she realised her mistake and came back. Prarthana says Parag called her. Parag, with his shady confidence, insists on talking to her privately. Gautam objects, saying Parag can speak in front of everyone, but Parag remains adamant. Clearly, his agenda isn’t clean.
Back to Anupama’s plan – she hides and watches as Manohar watches the girls dancing. He notices they’re making mistakes. The girls, mischievous as ever, challenge him to teach them if he thinks they’re so wrong. The moment ignites his old spark. Manohar steps forward, corrects their steps, and begins teaching passionately. Anupama watches, her heart filling with joy. This was her plan – to remind him of his identity. She silently promises herself that she will never let Manohar give up dancing again.
In another scene, Sumit and Bharti meet Anupama and Preet. Anupama gives her elder sisterly advice, telling Sumit to keep Bharti happy. Sumit, trying to act like a gentleman, asks if he can take Bharti out for dinner. Bharti smiles shyly and agrees. Anupama warns him to drive carefully, especially since it’s raining heavily. Jaspreet and Anupama feel happy for Bharti, while Preet dreams aloud about marrying a rich man someday. Anupama, never missing a chance to lecture, reminds her that life isn’t about wealth alone.
But happiness in Anupama’s life is always fleeting.
Later, Preet and Anupama receive shocking news – Bharti has met with an accident. Their world collapses within seconds. At the hospital, the receptionist bluntly tells them they need to arrange 50 lakh rupees for treatment. Anupama, overwhelmed and shaking, pleads for time to arrange the money.
The doctor calls her to discuss Bharti’s condition. As she enters the ICU and sees Bharti lying unconscious, machines beeping all around, her heart breaks. Tears blur her vision. Preet consoles her, saying it isn’t her fault. But Anupama blames herself, thinking her fate ruins everyone she loves.
Their world shatters further when they learn that Sumit left Bharti at the hospital and disappeared. The man who vowed to keep Bharti happy left her to die alone. Truly, if men like him were graded, he’d get a solid zero for loyalty and humanity.
The episode ends on this grim note.

This episode reminded us why Anupama remains the soul of this show. Her strength lies in her vulnerability. From scolding Manohar to saving Bharti, her character proves once again that mothers aren’t made of bones and flesh alone – they’re made of sacrifice and resilience.
The roasting for today goes to Paritosh, who continues to set new records for ungrateful children. And to Sumit, whose disappearance proves that men with promises but no backbone are best left outside life’s gates.
Overall, a powerful episode that makes you angry, emotional, and yet silently inspired by Anupama’s courage. Tomorrow promises another chapter in her unstoppable journey.
