While this unfolds, Isha faces heartbreak of her own. She doesn’t get the job she had pinned her hopes on, and Dhruv, driven by pure spite, begins poisoning her reputation in town, ensuring no company hires her. His intentions are dark and clear – to destroy Isha and Om’s lives, piece by piece.
When Isha unexpectedly walks into a confrontation between Dhruv and Om, Dhruv plays his trump card. He shows her CCTV footage that appears to prove Om attacked him. Isha’s world shakes on its axis. Her heart screams in denial, but her eyes can’t refute what she sees.

Om’s confusion is palpable as he firmly denies the accusation and demands to see the footage. Watching it, he places his hand gently on Isha’s head, assuring her with a calm conviction that it wasn’t him – he would never harm Dhruv. Om explains how Gayatri planted a lookalike to trap him.
Tears blur Isha’s vision as she realizes she’s been manipulated into doubting the man she still deeply loves. She begs Om to clear the misunderstanding with Dhruv. Om promises her he will unearth the truth behind this vicious setup and clear his name.
