Sony TV’s Bade Achhe Lagte Hain is turning intense with every episode as Bhagyashree and Rishabh’s fake marriage secret inches closer to exposure. The latest episode packed heavy emotional moments, awkward confrontations, and hints at upcoming chaos.
The episode began on a warm yet tense note with Bhagyashree, Rishabh, and her family having dinner with Meenakshi’s family. While Meenakshi and her mother praised Bhagyashree’s luck, internally, Bhagyashree felt guilty for lying yet again to her family. She quietly left the table, unable to bear the weight of deception. Rishabh noticed her distress and followed her out. She tearfully confessed, “My family loves me so much, yet I’m lying to them again.” Rishabh comforted her gently, saying tears don’t suit her eyes and handed her his kerchief.
Meanwhile, Vinay observed Bhagyashree’s sadness from a distance, telling Padma that she looked upset. Padma, however, trusted Rishabh to handle her worries. As expected, he reassured Bhagyashree with his subtle care.
On the other side, Sowmya continued her mission to unearth the truth. While rummaging through their belongings, she noticed that Bhagyashree and Rishabh had different addresses on their passports. Checking further, she also found Rishabh’s bank account empty, adding to her suspicions about the truth of their marriage.
Back at the gathering, Rishabh created a moment of shock by walking in with drinks. Vinay felt disgusted, thinking his son-in-law had no class. However, Rishabh clarified it was only Panakam, a traditional jaggery drink, served in wine glasses. Karthik found it amusing, remarking that Panakam in a wine glass was a unique idea. Despite the explanation, Vinay was still unimpressed, thinking Rishabh was far from the sophisticated husband he expected for his daughter.
Afterwards, Karthik mentioned that Shekhar’s family liked Rishabh. But Vinay, still fuming, worried about the upcoming society meeting and its implications for Bhagyashree. Rishabh firmly assured him that he knew how to handle people who tried to create trouble for his wife.
In parallel, Mukul Chadda schemed with his friends to humiliate Bhagyashree and Rishabh in the upcoming society meeting. Sowmya decided to keep her revelations under wraps until after the meeting concluded. She confirmed her attendance with the watchman, learning it was scheduled for 7 p.m. the next day.
Bhagyashree later had a panic attack imagining Vinay suffering a heart attack upon learning her truth. Padma comforted her, urging her to let Rishabh handle the situation.
Meanwhile, Bhagyashree ran into Mukul Chadda while donating some items, and when he mocked her, she angrily dropped a bowl on his foot before storming off. Returning home, she bumped into Rishabh, and their light, romantic moment calmed her nerves. She shared her fears about the meeting, and Rishabh reassured her once again, promising to stand strong.
Soon, Lajjo, Geetu, Babita, and Tina arrived, and Rishabh declared confidently that with his batchmates, he had a solid team by his side. However, when he later asked the LGBT group to support him during the meeting, they refused, weakening his plan. One of Chadda’s friends overheard this and rushed to update Chadda about their failed support.
Bhagyashree gathered courage to tell the truth to her family, but before she could, a call arrived summoning everyone to the society meeting. Sowmya quietly told Karthik to keep medicine ready for their father. Bhagyashree reassured her that nothing would happen to him.
At the society meeting, Mukul Chadda launched his attack, questioning how Bhagyashree suddenly got married. Lajjo, Geetu, Babita, and Tina defended her strongly, while Nitya explained Rishabh worked in Mumbai, which is why Bhagyashree lived alone. Babita shut Mukul down, telling him not to interfere in their private matters.
Padma whispered to Vinay to notice how everyone supported Bhagyashree and Rishabh. The LGBT group also roasted Chadda, asking him to leave the meeting.
However, Chadda raised a new objection, questioning why Rishabh’s name was not listed on the flat papers if he truly was Bhagyashree’s husband. The society chairman checked the documents and confirmed Bhagyashree was listed as single, leaving everyone stunned.
