As Shivansh drives with the henchman, a truck begins following him with deadly intent. On the other side, Prarthna is on call with Shivansh when suddenly she hears the terrifying crash. The truck hits his car, sending it rolling down a cliff. Prarthna, numb in shock, gathers her courage and rushes to his rescue.

Smita shouts at Payal and warns her against harming her son Shivansh. Raunak gets to hear the truth from Smita. He asks her what did she say. He wants her to repeat it. He tells that she just said Shivansh is her son. He asks her to tell the truth, else he will go to the hospital and kill Shivansh. She loses her temper and slaps him. He sadly says that he got the answer and he won’t ask her anything else. He leaves. She asks him to stop and listen to her once.
Prarthna asks the doctor about Shivansh. He says he is out of danger, but he needs to stay under observation for the next 24 hours. Shakti and Surya get this update and go to inform Payal. She is shocked to know that Shivansh survived the accident. Shakti tells that he will kill Shivansh.
She asks them to leave the place. She wonders what to do to kill Shivansh, or else Raunak and she will get arrested. She calls a goon to get a sniper’s contact. She tells that she loves herself and she hates Shivansh, now he has to die. Prarthna goes to fill the form. She thanks the nurse for helping her. The nurse sees Prarthna’s love for Shivansh and compliments her. Prarthna gets sad when she recollects Bua Maa’s words. The hospital staff lady also blesses Prarthna and asks her to have faith, her husband will be okay soon.
Smita rushes after Raunak and asks him to let her explain. He asks her if she realized what she said. Shivansh is her son, and she never accepted him before. He goes mad thinking about what’s happening. She tells that she can’t let him go. She asks him to listen to her once. She tells that Shivansh is Raunak’s stepbrother, he is her son from her first husband, he is a part of her past, and she has left her past behind. Kanti comes there and overhears the truth. Smita fails to convince Raunak. Raunak leaves. Smita turns and sees Kanti. Kanti angrily goes away. Smita rushes to stop him. Payal meets a sniper, who boasts of his success rate. She hires him with a contract for Shivansh’s murder. She gives Shivansh’s details and offers 20 lakhs to him. Prarthna finds a nurse in the ICU. She questions her and learns that the nurse is giving the prescribed medicine to Shivansh. She thanks the nurse.
The sniper asks Payal for one crore. She asks how she can get so much money. He tells that she is paying to save her life, since Shivansh will not spare her. She agrees to pay him one crore. The sniper asks his team to get ready. They leave for the hospital and plan a power outage. The goon cuts off the power supply. Prarthna stays alert. She stays with Shivansh.
The patients and their family members ask the hospital staff to check the power supply. Prarthna sees the goons coming with weapons. She goes to the nurse and alerts her about the goons’ arrival. She tells that something wrong is going to happen. She feels scared. She asks the ward boy to alert the security guards and ask them to lock the hospital gate.
The nurse asks the people not to make noise and to cooperate with them. Prarthna also asks the people to support the hospital staff. One of the guards gets shot. The people get the gunshot and panic. Prarthna asks them to stay calm and prepare to defend against the attack. She says that the goons might have come to attack a rich person. She tells that they have to save the person who is their target.

The ward boy calls his reporter friend and informs him about the terror attack on the hospital. He tells that the goons have come to kill Shivansh Randhawa. His friend asks him not to worry, and assures help. He soon airs this news to get help for Shivansh and those stuck at the hospital. Smita goes to speak to Kanti. He avoids her and plays the news on TV. They learn about the terror attack at the hospital, and their motive is to kill Shivansh. Kanti and Smita are shocked.
