Kumkum Bhagya 5th July 2025 Written Update: Prarthna Protects Shivansh. Payal asks the sniper to kill Prarthna or anyone else who comes in his way. He asks her for double payment. She asks him to fulfill his contract and kill Shivansh before the police come in. She says that she gave him the contract because she heard he is the best at his work. He assures that he will kill Shivansh and Prarthna.
He tells that Prarthna is clever and she has taken Shivansh somewhere. She asks him not to give excuses and just call her when he does his work. He agrees. Prarthna takes Shivansh on the stretcher. She worries when the stretcher wheel breaks. She hears the goons talking and senses they are coming towards her. The goons walk to the basement area to shoot down Shivansh and Prarthna.
Prarthna thinks about what to do to save Shivansh. She prays for their lives. She panics and looks around to find a way. She spots a wheelchair there. She tries to move Shivansh and shift him to the wheelchair. She asks him to get up; his life is in danger, and she has to save his life. She worriedly tells that she needs his help, she will take him out of the goons’ reach and protect him.
She confesses her feelings to Shivansh. She tells that she likes him a lot, their relationship is strange, but she has much affection towards him. She asks him to get conscious, or else she will fight with him and never forgive him. She tells that if she dies, then she will become a ghost and get after him. She requests him to get up, if he can hear her voice.
She tells him that the goons are dangerous, they will shoot her, she doesn’t want to die, she has much courage, but she can’t die, he has to get up and save her life. Shivansh reacts to her words. He gets conscious and tells her that they can’t kill her, as he is with her.
She happily hugs him. She makes him get up and sit on the wheelchair. On the other hand, Smita asks the inspector how he will save everyone from the attackers. He hopes she knows the target of the attackers. He tells that Shivansh and Raunak are enemies, and he has always spared Raunak. He feels Raunak is suffering in his life because of Shivansh. He asks her why she is worried about Shivansh.
He goes away. Smita tells that she didn’t think of anything and came for Shivansh’s sake; if her truth comes out, then she can’t answer anyone. She regrets that she had to abandon Shivansh in his childhood. She knows he hates her and wants to take revenge on her. Payal overhears Smita. Smita questions herself about her emotions for Shivansh. Prarthna worries that the goons are approaching them. She rushes Shivansh in a wheelchair. The sniper reaches there and tracks them.
Prarthna takes Shivansh to the basement. She locks the door and rushes to a safe place to hide Shivansh. She doesn’t get to see anything clearly in the darkness. Shivansh is unconscious again. She puts the blankets over him to hide him from the goons. The goons manage to unlock the door and get in. The sniper asks his team to look for Shivansh and Prarthna. Prarthna hides from them.
The sniper laughs and tells that he will do a miracle and present Shivansh and Prarthna. He finds Shivansh. Prarthna gets scared. She can’t leave Shivansh with them. She finds Shivansh at gunpoint. The sniper tells that he will torture Shivansh and then shoot him. Prarthna doesn’t give up and picks up a fire extinguisher. She sprays the chemical towards them and blocks their sight, while she takes Shivansh with her. The sniper gets mad and pledges to kill Prarthna. She locks them in the basement.
The sniper asks his goons to break the door. They get free and follow Prarthna. Prarthna bravely fights them to save her husband. She urges Shivansh to get up and help her; they are surrounded by the goons, and she can’t fight them alone. She looks for a way out. She finds an exit and rushes to Shivansh. The sniper wants them at any cost. Payal asks Smita what she is doing at the hospital, the media is covering live news, and the world will know she is concerned for Shivansh.
Smita tells that Raunak got to hear the truth, Shivansh is her son and she is his mom, she loves him, and she wants his safety. Payal asks her to think of Raunak, who is emotionally hurt. Smita asks her not to remind that. Payal asks her to go home and try to avoid the media. Smita agrees with her insistence. The sniper asks Prarthna to stop the hide and seek and surrender, else he will kill everyone present in the hospital. Prarthna gets scared and rushes to the hospital temple. She prays to gain strength to save Shivansh and the hostages.
