The Episode starts with Prarthna praying to Matarani. The sniper calls her out. He says that Prarthna is stubborn and she isn’t listening to him, so now she will see the nurse dying. He points the gun at the nurse. Prarthna appears there and stops him. He laughs seeing her. He asks her where Shivansh is. She says that he just called her and she has come. He says that he wants Shivansh. He threatens her.
She lectures him and angers him further. She tells that Adi Shakti Maa is powerful than him. He tells that he doesn’t want to hear her lecture. He points the gun at her head and laughs when she gets scared. He tells that she is speaking big things and shivering in fear. She tells that she isn’t scared to die. She asks him why didn’t he kill her till now. He tells that he wants Shivansh. She asks him to find Shivansh if he can. He tells that he didn’t see his Rudra avatar. She asks him to see her Kumkum Bhagya first.
She throws Kumkum in his eyes and runs. He angrily asks his goons to find Prarthna and Shivansh. Payal calls him and asks him if he did the work. She tells that media and special police officers have come. He tells that nobody will reach him against his will. She thinks it’s good Smita left. The hospital staff thanks Prarthna for saving them. She leaves the storage room and locks the door. Prarthna finds the way as Madhu guided. She forgives Madhu, who has tried to help as much as she could. She tries to break the lock. The sniper and the goons arrive there. Prarthna tries to pick up the gun. She falls on the ground. The sniper gets a rod to hit Shivansh and torture Prarthna with the scary sight. Shivansh hears the sound of the tapping rod and moves his fingers. The sniper tells that he has changed his plan, he will beat up Shivansh and hurt Prarthna.
He tells that he will see who saves them now. Prarthna shouts to Shivansh. Shivansh wakes up and points the gun at the sniper. He saves Prarthna. Payal is restless and wants an update from the sniper. Ketki comes there and asks her what’s going on. She is tense about Payal. Payal asks her to go home. The media talks to the cops. The inspector tells that the sniper is a contract killer and he has come to kill someone.
He prepares his team to enter the hospital. Payal and Ketki get worried. Ketki asks Payal to come with her. Payal doesn’t want to move until she gets the news of Shivansh and Prarthna’s deaths. Shivansh faints and drops the gun. The sniper picks up the gun. He laughs at Shivansh and Prarthna. He tells that he will torture Shivansh. Smita enters the hospital and gets Jack at the knifepoint.
She reaches Shivansh. She asks the sniper to leave her son. She scolds him and tells that the media and police have come to catch him. She asks them not to dare touch Shivansh. She asks Prarthna to take Shivansh and go away. Prarthna refuses to leave her alone. Smita tells that the police will save her. She requests Prarthna to just take Shivansh and go out.
She asks the goons to step back. Prarthna and Vibha take Shivansh. Smita gets caught by the sniper. He tells that a mother is great, but he has a contract to kill Shivansh; he had no idea that Shivansh’s wife and mother are present at the hospital to save him.
