Prarthna shouts for help. The cops rush to the terrace. Smita tells Payal that Prarthna has taken Shivansh to the terrace. The sniper stops Prarthna and threatens her. Prarthna fights with them and asks them to step back. She lectures the sniper again. She tells that she will save Shivansh and also herself. Smita wants to go and save Shivansh. Payal and Ketki follow Smita. Kanti checks the news.
Raunak comes home and finds Kanti in his room. They see the news. They see Prarthna struggling to save her husband. Raunak is upset. They see Smita rushing to save Shivansh. Kanti isn’t happy. Bua Maa learns that Shivansh is under attack at the hospital, and the news has been flashing for an hour. She is shocked to know that. She checks the news and learns that Shivansh’s life is in danger.
She tells Tanya that Shivansh is in danger. They rush to the hospital. Smita runs with the cops to reach Shivansh. Prarthna beats the goons. Johny hits Prarthna on her head. She falls. A reporter reaches there and records the terror. The sniper stops Johny from killing Prarthna. Kanti and Raunak see Prarthna in danger, as it airs on the live TV news channel. Kanti stops Raunak from going to Prarthna.
The sniper tells Prarthna that she is a common woman who loves her husband and can do anything to save him. He adds that Shivansh is destined to die. He threatens Prarthna and asks her to back off. He takes his sword to kill Shivansh. The police and Smita are still in the corridors. They look for a way to the terrace. Smita guides the cops. Prarthna gets up to sacrifice her life and save Shivansh. She protects Shivansh by coming in front of him. The sniper agrees to kill her first. He strikes Prarthna with the sword. He tells that it’s his duty to protect his goons’ families. He doesn’t want to spare Prarthna. He swears revenge. Bua Maa and Tanya reach the hospital and rush to meet Shivansh. Gayatri comes to meet Prarthna.
Prarthna tells that she had to save Shivansh. Gayatri hugs her. Bua Maa comes and asks about Shivansh. She sees him and cries. She asks Prarthna why she didn’t call her and inform her about Shivansh. She tells that she tried to tell him about her past when she was admitted to the hospital, but Raunak came between their conversation and she was scared of losing her family. Kanti asks her to forget everything. He doesn’t want to see her in a dilemma. He promises to always support her. She thanks him. He hugs her. She asks about Raunak. He asks her to leave Raunak alone for some time, as he isn’t able to accept the fact that Shivansh is his stepbrother. He adds that Raunak has gone to meet Payal.
Prarthna asks Gayatri not to argue with Bua Maa. Gayatri feels bad that Prarthna listens to all the nonsense. Prarthna defends Bua Maa’s emotions for Shivansh. She realizes she did wrong to not call Bua Maa and inform her about Shivansh’s accident. Raunak meets Payal. He tells that he is in shock over the recent happenings. She tells that she knows everything. He tells that she won’t know it. He adds that he is completely lost in his life. She tells him that she had hired the goons to kill Shivansh.
He scolds her for risking Prarthna’s life. She asks him to accept the truth, Prarthna has fallen for Shivansh, she risked her life to save him, which means she has accepted him as her husband. Raunak warns her against saying such a thing. He tells that Prarthna just belongs to him; if anything happened to her, then he would not have spared the killers. Payal sees the same madness in Raunak and gets upset.
