Udne Ki Aasha 8th July 2025 Written Update: Manjiri’s Mysterious Behaviour Raises Doubts
The episode opens with an exhausted Sayali, who seems tired of all the endless fights with Riya. She doesn’t want to stretch the arguments anymore and suggests they stop this pointless drama. Surprisingly, Riya, too, agrees to end the quarrel for the day, perhaps realising the futility of these petty clashes. However, Sachin, who has been silently observing everything, decides that it is time his mother Renuka learns a lesson about how these constant tensions are affecting their home. He feels that unless someone makes her realise the damage her behaviour is causing, things won’t change.
On the same day, another drama unfolds when Tejas starts searching for his expensive wristwatch. This isn’t just any ordinary watch – it is a brand-new luxury piece that he had bought with great pride to flaunt among his peers. When he doesn’t find it in his cupboard, his mind immediately jumps to one name – Sachin. Without a second thought, Tejas accuses Sachin of stealing the watch to tease him. But Sachin, who knows his brother’s childish thinking well, pays no heed to these baseless allegations and continues with his work.
Roshni intervenes and asks Tejas to check his showroom once before creating a scene, but Tejas stubbornly maintains that he kept it in the cupboard. Their heated conversation catches Manjiri’s attention. She suddenly becomes tense, hearing their words about missing valuables. Seeing her reaction, Renuka instantly confronts Manjiri. She bluntly asks if Manjiri knows where the missing things are and whether she has taken the watch. Manjiri, with tears welling up in her eyes, denies any involvement.
Tejas, in his arrogance, suggests calling the police, convinced that only under police interrogation will Manjiri spill the truth. But Roshni, sensing the matter could spiral out of control, reminds him that they have no proof against Manjiri. It would be wiser to first search her belongings. As the argument escalates, Sayali and Sachin intervene to defend Manjiri, asserting that accusing her without proof is wrong. However, to clear Roshni’s doubts and end this insult once and for all, Sayali requests Manjiri to allow them to check her bags. Reluctantly, Manjiri agrees. Roshni thoroughly checks her belongings but finds nothing suspicious.
Sachin, frustrated with the constant targeting of Manjiri, demands Roshni apologise to her. But no one comes forward to seek her forgiveness. Seeing his mother’s humiliation, Sachin decides enough is enough. He initiates a search of the entire house to end this blame game. While searching, Manjiri finds Tejas’s coffee cup under Sayali’s bed, and to everyone’s shock, Sachin discovers the watch lying on the roof. Tejas’s face turns pale in embarrassment as he realises he had kept it there absentmindedly while fixing something and completely forgotten about it.
Sayali and Sachin seize this opportunity to teach him a lesson. They refuse to return the watch until Tejas apologises to Manjiri for falsely accusing her. Left with no choice, Tejas mutters a sorry, and only then does Sachin hand back his precious watch. The situation resolves, but an awkward silence lingers, highlighting how deeply rooted these mistrusts are within the family.
Meanwhile, Renuka feels disappointed that her dance classes are not attracting many students. Her expectations of running a successful venture seem to be crashing down one by one. Just then, a young couple walks in to join her class, bringing a faint smile to her face. But the reality is far from what she imagines. These teenagers have no interest in learning dance. They are merely using the classes as an excuse to escape their strict families and spend time together, away from parental supervision.
Elsewhere, Sayali begins noticing something strange about Manjiri’s behaviour. She often sees her getting hurt or injured in mysterious ways, yet Manjiri always brushes it off casually. Riya, too, observes these oddities. Their minds are clouded with questions – why is Manjiri always hurt? Is she hiding something? Or is someone hurting her, and she is too scared to speak up?
Before these thoughts can settle, Renuka arrives home, and the moment she steps in, the atmosphere tenses again. Riya and Sayali, who had called a silent truce earlier, resume their verbal sparring. The constant arguments between these two young women leave everyone frustrated, including Renuka herself.
Suddenly, one of Renuka’s students walks in, greeting her respectfully with folded hands. His genuine reverence towards Renuka surprises the entire family, especially since they rarely see anyone treating her with such honour. For a moment, even Riya and Sayali stop fighting, watching this scene silently.
But behind these daily dramas and taunts, the real storm is silently brewing. Manjiri’s quietness, her random injuries, and her sudden tension whenever there’s talk about missing things – all these signs point towards a hidden story waiting to explode. Is Manjiri really innocent, or is she harbouring secrets that could shatter everyone’s trust? Is she being framed by someone in the house, or is there a darker truth behind her silence?
The episode ends with these unanswered questions, leaving viewers restless, eager to know what secrets lie beneath Manjiri’s timid eyes and whether Sayali and Riya will ever see her true side.
