Switching to another track, Gautam is busy playing the classic villain trying to brainwash Mahi against Prem. He plants seeds of doubt, saying Prem isn’t answering her calls because he’s busy with Rahi. Mahi, not the one to get easily swayed, says Prem might have missed something important, so she planned dinner to cheer him up. But Gautam, determined to push his manipulative agenda, asks Mahi to stop interfering between Prem and Rahi. He even crosses the decency line by suggesting that since both he and Mahi are alone, she should consider him instead. Mahi shuts him down coldly, warning him to keep his distance. Gautam, showing classic delusional confidence, smirks and says one day she will come to him because loneliness always drives people towards desperation. Back at Manohar’s place, he asks Anupama to win the dance competition, saying her victory will be his victory too. Hasmuk confronts Paritosh, asking what he was planning to do. Paritosh lies through his teeth, claiming he wanted to surprise Leela by getting the swing fixed. Leela shuts him down, saying she doesn’t need surprises, especially ones involving her priceless memories. After she walks off fuming, Hasmuk calls out Paritosh’s lies, suspecting he was about to sell it off for some quick cash. Paritosh leaves in frustration, probably plotting his next morally bankrupt scheme.
Elsewhere, Anupama calls Hasmuk to seek his blessings before the dance competition. Pakhi, lurking around as usual, overhears their conversation. Back with the Dance Ranis, Sarita, Preet, Anita, Rita, and Bharti gather around Anupama, praising her endlessly. The dance team scenes added the right amount of positivity and women’s empowerment spirit, balancing out the negativity.
Overall, the episode was emotionally grounded with small roasts of reality, showing dreams, insecurities, and hidden motives all under the same roof. The pacing was balanced, not rushed, and Anupama’s quiet determination continues to be the backbone of this show.
