Jhanak 13th July 2025 Written Update: Jhanak’s Tearful Quest, Rishi’s Cold Words & Family Shock. The episode begins with the public asking Jhanak whether she remembers her family members’ names. Jhanak says she doesn’t know anyone’s names. The crowd decides to inform the police about her. Jhanak quickly tells them there is no need for that as she is scared of the police and has done nothing wrong. But the public insists, saying the police will only help her. Panicking, Jhanak tries to run away, but the ladies hold her tightly.
After some time, a police officer arrives. Jhanak immediately tells him to leave her alone. The officer assures her not to be scared and promises to help her return home. He asks her what she remembers about her house, but Jhanak gives no useful information. He then asks if she remembers any family member’s name. Jhanak softly says she knows Rishi’s name and adds that he is also a police officer. Hearing this, the officer instructs his constable to find out about a police officer named Rishi. He tells Jhanak to get into the jeep.
Later, the police take Jhanak to Rishi’s cabin. The officer asks Rishi if he knows Jhanak. Rishi is shocked to see her and asks what she’s doing there. The police officer narrates everything. Jhanak begins to cry, overwhelmed. Rishi sends the officer out and tells Jhanak to stop crying. He asks why she took his name. Jhanak says she just remembered his name first. Rishi, clearly irritated, tells her that he knows she is trying to trap him.
Jhanak explains she went to Bhavanipur to search for her father and apologises for bothering him. Rishi tells her he wants her out of his life. He bitterly says that just like Nutan trapped her father, she has trapped him. He adds that Jhanak’s father escaped, but he couldn’t. Jhanak pleads with him to stop dragging Nutan into this. Rishi angrily declares that Nutan did wrong with him too, just like her villagers did. Jhanak quietly tells him she will leave after his marriage and stay in her village permanently so that he can live peacefully. Rishi tells her to sit silently.
Rishi then calls Surjeet and informs him that Jhanak is with him. He asks Surjeet to take everyone home while he brings Jhanak himself. After ending the call, Surjeet tells everyone that Jhanak is with Rishi, and they all leave together.
Indumati advises her family not to argue with Rishi as he must already be angry. Abhimanyu reminds them that Rishi had told them not to take Jhanak to Aditi’s house. Soon, Rishi arrives home with Jhanak. He tells his family that because of Jhanak, his respect will be ruined one day for sure. Dadabhai asks what exactly happened. Abhimanyu questions Jhanak about leaving without informing anyone. Rishi says they will land in trouble because of her. Payal wonders why Jhanak went to Rishi’s office in the first place.
Meanwhile, at Aditi’s house, the family discusses Jhanak. Anjana asks Arshi to check the gifts Rishi’s family sent. Arshi comments sarcastically that Rishi’s family gave gold, not diamond, and calls Jhanak a weird and irresponsible girl. Aniruddh tries to defend her, saying Jhanak is a village girl and may have gone out just to roam around. Arshi warns that if anything happens to Jhanak, Rishi will be blamed since he brought her from the village. Aditi shares that Jhanak went out searching for her father, as Rishi had told them. She says Jhanak has never seen her father but knows he lives in Bhavanipur. Hearing this, Aniruddh recalls how Jhanak asked him about Bhavanipur houses. He also remembers his fight with Jhanak in Simulboni and begins wondering if Jhanak knows Jhanak, feeling restless at the thought. Arshi notices his discomfort.

This episode was a punch of emotions, tears, and silent heartbreaks. Jhanak’s innocence and desperation make you want to protect her from Rishi’s bitter tongue. Rishi, once again, proved that his ego rules over his heart, making him look cruel and ungrateful. His constant dragging of Nutan’s name was unnecessary and cold.
Aniruddh’s growing restlessness about Jhanak’s past hints at a deeper connection, possibly one that will rattle his current life’s peace. Meanwhile, Arshi remains the queen of petty remarks, never missing a chance to belittle Jhanak.
Overall, the episode beautifully captured Jhanak’s silent pain, Rishi’s harsh reality, and the unsettling feeling brewing within Aniruddh. It left viewers with a simple question – how long will Jhanak keep bending before she finally breaks free?
