The episode begins with tension crackling like firewood. Shalini rushes to Shruthi, breathless, revealing that she overheard Mallika’s conversation with Mannat. Shruthi’s face darkens with grief and rage. She fumes that Aishwarya and Mallika snatched her daughter’s love from her. Mallika smirks confidently, thinking Mannat will never be able to snatch Vikrant away from her claws.
Meanwhile, Vikrant waits at a restaurant for Mannat, ready for their scheduled investor meeting. Puneet taunts Vikrant, calling Mannat unprofessional for keeping them waiting. Vikrant defends her with calm dignity, saying it’s not even 10 am yet. As Puneet’s smirk fades, Mannat arrives exactly on time, making a silent statement of her dedication.
During the meeting, Puneet tries to belittle Mannat, mocking her lack of business knowledge. But Mannat, with poised confidence, shares her unique ideas and presentation themes. Everyone listens in rapt attention, including Puneet, who grudgingly admits her idea is brilliant. Vikrant proudly decides to proceed with her proposal. Mannat tries to speak to him after the meeting, her eyes pleading for a moment, but Vikrant brushes her aside.

Mallika, desperate to break his resistance, starts emotionally blackmailing him. She spikes his drink with sedatives to make him submit to her twisted plan. But before he takes a sip, Mannat storms in with the investors. Her sudden entry shatters Mallika’s setup like a hurricane.
Mannat announces boldly that as Vikrant’s co-partner, she has equal rights over business decisions. She warns him not to think she ruined his date, because technically, his date was a betrayal of professional duties. Vikrant, speechless and embarrassed before the investors, storms out. Mannat turns to Mallika with blazing eyes, demanding she drink the spiked glass herself if it’s truly harmless.
