The episode begins with Saru taking away Anika’s car keys and bank card, making it clear that her days of lavishness are over. She tells her sternly that from today, she will walk to college like everyone else. Saru’s words cut deeper as she reminds Anika of Annapurna’s teachings – that hard work keeps a person humble and rooted.
Anika, humiliated, quietly apologises. But Saru isn’t in the mood to forgive easily. Her eyes blaze with anger as she warns Anika never to play with her dreams again, or she will face a side of Saru she never imagined. Anika fumes inside, vowing revenge. She curses Saru for forcing an apology out of her and promises herself that Saru will soon see her wrath. She mutters, “You’ve woken up the tigress in me. Now watch me hunt.”
Saru, however, remains unfazed and tells herself firmly that no matter what Anika plots, her truth and courage will shield her. She walks away, knowing Anika’s fate is sealed.
Later, another track unfolds as Rachna tries to convince Saru and her friend to attend her mom’s party. At first, they refuse, feeling awkward among high society people who look down on them. But Rachna emotionally pleads, saying they’re her only friends here and she doesn’t want her heart to break. Finally, Saru agrees. Rachna is delighted, hugging them and promising she will wait for them eagerly.
Meanwhile, Anika tries manipulating Ved for a lift home, acting dramatic and claiming she would harm herself if he didn’t listen. But Ved, exhausted by her manipulative games, coldly asks her to leave, saying he no longer wishes to be her friend or have any connection with her. His harsh but honest words leave Anika rattled.
At home, Anika breaks down before Urmila, who tries cheering her up with spa plans and Korean facials. But Anika is too busy sulking about not being invited to Tara’s party. Urmila shrugs it off, saying it’s not a big deal. Anika, however, sees it as a personal insult and fumes further when she learns even Saru and her friend were invited.
Elsewhere, Ved buys a diamond gift, planning to give it to Saru at the party as a token of apology and to show how much she means to him. His bhabhi teases him, asking if today’s the day he will finally confess his feelings. Ved blushes but admits he isn’t ready for that yet – he only wants to make up for his cold behaviour towards Saru.
As the party begins, Saru and Phulla walk in, remembering how last time they were treated as helpers, washing dishes and serving food. Today, they enter with dignity as guests, their heads held high. Saru looks around, feeling awkward but determined to stay calm. Meanwhile, Anika spies them entering and fumes with jealousy, planning to humiliate Saru in front of Tara aunty and Ved.
In the kitchen, Saru offers to help with cake preparations. Bhabhi sweetly allows her to assist, but their peace is broken when the arrogant Tara arrives. Tara insults Saru for baking a cake, calling it ‘cheap middle-class drama’ and orders her to throw it away. She reminds Saru to dress ‘classy’ today to match the high-profile guests. Saru quietly obeys, her heart hurting but her spirit unbroken.
In the final scene, Ved searches for Saru at the party, holding the diamond gift, ready to apologise and confess how much she means to him. His mind races with nervousness, wondering if today is the day their bond will finally mend.

Anika’s cunning, though dangerous, seems to bounce back as karma under Saru’s gaze. Ved’s moments of silent love for Saru add a soft romantic glow to the harshness of revenge plots. The story feels like a slow-building storm – calm on the surface but brewing life-changing clashes beneath.
