Jamai No. 1 unfolds a suspenseful track as Kanchan grows restless about Uma’s sudden disappearance. She questions her aide angrily, “Did you find out anything about Uma? Where has Neel hidden her?” Her aide looks helpless and replies, “I searched everywhere – hotels, bus stands, airports – but she is nowhere to be found.”
Kanchan refuses to believe it. Her mind spins with doubts as she mutters, “How is this possible? She must be somewhere.”
Meanwhile, Riddhi takes Manjiri to the hospital as Manjiri suddenly falls unwell. At the hospital, Uma is there too. She sees Riddhi and her face lights up with a soft smile. Riddhi, unaware of Uma’s struggles, focuses on calming Manjiri down. “Don’t be scared, Manjiri. Take a deep breath. You will be fine. Please don’t panic,” she tells her soothingly.

Jagriti: Jagriti and Suraj plan a baby, but shocking truth breaks the family
Today’s episode of Jagriti starts with a heartwarming moment as Jagriti and Suraj take their relationship to a new level. They decide to plan a family together. Jagriti, being the loving wife she is, gives Suraj a relaxing massage after his long tiring day at the Makhana company. Suraj jokes that maybe they should start a massage parlour as their next business venture. Jokes apart, Jagriti is fulfilling all her duties as a supportive wife. Ever since Suraj started his Makhana business, he has been working day and night, but Jagriti stands by him like his strongest pillar.
“Everything will be fine. Just relax tonight,” she tells him softly. She also reminds Suraj to wish his mother on her birthday the next day, fearing he might forget in all the work stress. Suraj laughs and tells her, “Excuse me! Even if I forget, what’s the big deal? You can remind me then. You always support me.”
In a romantic turn, Suraj gifts Jagriti a tiny toy. As she opens it, she looks confused. “Suraj, am I a child to play with this rattle?” she asks with a smile. Suraj looks into her eyes and replies, “This rattle isn’t for you. Someone else will play with it.” Jagriti’s eyes sparkle with realisation. Their family planning dreams are finally coming true.
But happiness doesn’t last long in this family. A shocking truth breaks their world apart. Everyone is shaken when Akash finds out that Sapna’s baby isn’t his but Suraj’s. The news hits him like a storm. In his rage, he raises his hand on Suraj. Ganga slaps Suraj too, unable to believe her son’s betrayal. Jagriti tries to calm the situation and understand what really happened.
Akash, burning in pain and betrayal, screams at Jagriti, telling her to remove the blindfold of love from her eyes and see Suraj’s real face. He accuses Suraj of ruining his life out of jealousy and hatred. He breaks down, blaming Jagriti too for not trusting his words when he warned her to never leave Sapna alone with Suraj. Suraj defends himself and asks Akash to just shut up.
Despite everything, Jagriti’s faith in Suraj remains unbroken. Deep inside, she knows her husband can never do something so cruel. But as a sister, she is torn apart too. She decides to find out the real truth herself. Only then will it be clear who is innocent and who is the real sinner in this family.
