Anupama 2nd May 2026 Written Update: Rahi Shatters Anupama’s Café

Anupama 18th July 2025 Written Update: Rahi plans to adopt

Anupama 18th July 2025 Written Update: Rahi plans to adopt, Anupama and Rahi’s worlds inch closer. Today’s episode of Anupama unfolds with tender emotions and hidden wounds. Rahi visits her childhood orphanage, her heart heavy with old memories. Tears well up in her eyes as she walks through the place that once sheltered her loneliness. She makes a bracelet for Anuj, her silent way of staying connected to him. Meanwhile, Pari watches Rahi and decides to make a bracelet for her too, hoping to bring a smile to her face.

Elsewhere, Anupama arrives at the orphanage with Manohar. She looks around and realises how much the place has changed over the years. Just then, Rahi asks Pari to leave, unaware that Anupama is nearby. Anupama fails to see Rahi but feels her presence around. As the girls dance at the orphanage, Anupama is lost in her own memories of Anu, her heart aching with longing. Suddenly, she receives the bracelet that Rahi had made for Anuj. She is puzzled, wondering how it reached her.

Murli meets Anupama and tells her that Rahi had visited the orphanage. Anupama is stunned to learn this. Murli further reveals that Anuj still donates to the orphanage. Anupama is moved to know that Anuj has kept his promises alive. She begins to wonder if Rahi made the bracelet and thinks about reuniting with her daughter.

On the other side, Prem asks Rahi why she came back home early. Rahi, still angry, says she went to the orphanage and remembered Anupama. Prem calmly explains to her that without Anupama, she would have never received Anuj’s love. He reminds her that Anupama married Anuj at a later stage in life and chose to adopt Rahi, giving her a family. Rahi listens silently. She tells Prem that they should adopt a child too. She says they can have their own child, but adopting a child brings a different kind of happiness. Prem agrees, and both get excited about their decision, their eyes shining with hope for a bigger family.

Meanwhile, Anupama shares with Bharti that she missed meeting Rahi at the orphanage. But she feels content knowing that Rahi still donates in Anuj’s name. Bharti prays that Anupama and Rahi meet soon and never separate again.

The episode then shifts to Dance Ranis, where Anupama and Rahi’s teams qualify for the semi-finals. Manohar gives an interview on the show, praising his students. Anupama worries that he might take her name, and she signals him to remain quiet. Instead, Manohar calls her “Trilotama,” making Rahi curious to meet this mysterious Trilotama. She grows anxious, wondering who will win the competition.

The episode ends with high drama awaiting in the precap. Anupama learns that Rahi has reached the finale. She confronts Prem, who is shocked to see her. The Kotharis and the Shahs come face to face, promising an intense twist in the upcoming episode.

Anupama 18th July 2025 Written Update Review

Today’s episode carried a quiet heaviness. Rahi’s hidden pain, her silent tears at the orphanage, and her decision to adopt a child with Prem added layers to her character, making her journey relatable. Anupama, as always, remains the pillar of selfless love, yearning to reunite with her daughter despite years of distance. The bracelet scenes beautifully symbolised their unbreakable bond.

Prem showed a rare emotional maturity today, supporting Rahi’s wish to adopt without ego or fear. The makers balanced these touching moments with upcoming drama, keeping viewers invested. The Dance Ranis track, however, felt like a mild filler amidst the strong emotional plot. Overall, it was a soulful episode that reminded us – no matter how far hearts drift apart, love finds its way back.
