Kumkum Bhagya 18th July 2025 Written Update: Prarthna Roars with Truth. The episode starts with Raunak telling Prarthna that Payal is behind the entire conspiracy. She stops and listens to him, appearing shocked. Sonalika says she can’t see Shivansh worried. Bua Maa asks her to leave him alone and let him realize the pain of betrayal. Sonalika insists she can’t see him in pain and goes to Shivansh. Shivansh is hurt and recalls Sonalika’s words. Shivansh leaves. Sonalika calls Bua Maa, who asks her to let Shivansh go, saying if she goes after him, he will get irritated. She assures Sonalika that Shivansh will understand if he is left alone. Sonalika agrees.
Raunak apologizes to Prarthna and tells her that she will never understand his emotions. She asks what he said about Payal. He tells her that he did everything on Payal’s orders. Payal wanted revenge on Shivansh since he tried to get her arrested. He adds that he is just a face and Payal is the mastermind. Prarthna is shocked and leaves.
Shivansh remembers his moments with Prarthna, which he assumed to be true. Sonalika keeps an eye on Shivansh but stays away. Bua Maa calls her and asks her to just show Shivansh to her. Bua Maa wants Shivansh to feel the pain and hate Prarthna. She tells Sonalika that she wants Shivansh and Prarthna’s separation. Seeing Shivansh on the video call, Bua Maa weeps, feeling his pain. She asks Sonalika to go and console him. Sonalika goes to console Shivansh.
Raunak calls Payal and informs her that he took her name in front of Prarthna, as he couldn’t bear Prarthna’s hatred for him. He tells her he can cross any limits for Prarthna. She asks him to come to her office to discuss their future, saying they can become business partners since they have Shivansh’s project in their hands. He tells her that he blamed her only out of love for Prarthna and doesn’t want to tolerate anything against her. He warns her not to hurt Prarthna ever.
Shivansh sits in the car and asks Sonalika to take him home. She refuses and asks why he didn’t scold Prarthna after seeing her with Raunak. He asks what she wants to hear. She tells him she is ashamed to see Prarthna with her ex. Shivansh asks her to just drive. She takes a U-turn, telling him they are going to Raunak’s house. She says Shivansh must warn Raunak to stay away from Prarthna because she is his wife; his love may not matter, but his reputation does. He hesitates.
She says he seems disturbed because he loves Prarthna. Shivansh denies loving Prarthna but admits he likes her since she is a nice girl. He doesn’t understand whether what he saw was true or not. She asks him again if he doesn’t love Prarthna. He tells her he doesn’t love Prarthna, making her smirk.
Prarthna calls Payal, who wonders why Prarthna is calling so often. She hates Prarthna and ignores her call. Prarthna rushes to Payal’s office. Meanwhile, Kanti comes home and asks Raunak if everything is okay. Raunak says yes. Kanti asks about Smita and tells him she has gone to meet Maasi. Baa comes home with Mayank. She hugs Raunak, who is happy to see her after a long time.
Mayank asks Raunak to stop being mad, warning that his path will ruin him. Raunak hugs him and appreciates his concern, telling him he can’t return from his chosen path and doesn’t care what’s right or wrong. Mayank tells him he won’t reach his destination. Raunak tells him he can see his destination, and it’s close. He adds that he has tolerated a lot of pain. Mayank asks what he means. Raunak recalls Smita’s past.
Prarthna barges into Payal’s cabin and rebukes her, asking her to return Shivansh’s dream. Payal refuses. Baa asks Raunak to sit and talk to her. He agrees. She wants to know if he is okay. He tells her he is not okay, as nothing is fine. His heart is aching and broken. She tells him she understands his pain, having seen his love for Prarthna. Raunak asks her if she knew Prarthna loves him.
Prarthna asks Payal not to come between Shivansh and Raunak, saying they are brothers and their fight will end soon. Payal tells her she loves seeing Prarthna suffer. She says Prarthna snatched Raunak, and now she will take revenge. Prarthna asks her to stop. Payal wants to hurt Prarthna. Prarthna tells her that Payal is hurting Shivansh. Payal doesn’t care. Prarthna warns her to return Shivansh’s dream project and his house. Payal asks her not to order her, declaring she will bring Shivansh’s family on the road.
Baa tells Raunak that Prarthna didn’t love him but respected him and risked her life for his sake. Raunak asks how she made this mistake. She tells him he fell for Prarthna, but she didn’t fall for him; her fate is linked to Shivansh. Raunak tells her he thought Prarthna loved him. Baa asks if Prarthna ever confessed her love. Payal shows her new project model to Prarthna, who angrily breaks it. Payal yells and threatens her. Prarthna swears to stop Payal from harming Shivansh and throws a big challenge at her. Payal tells her she can’t stop Shivansh’s destruction and declares that he is finished.
Shivansh recalls Prarthna’s words and asks Sonalika to stop the car. She asks why. He gets down and tells her that Prarthna fought the goons and saved his life. He knows she cares for him. He wonders how Prarthna could risk his reputation. Sonalika tells him they saw Prarthna with Raunak and asks him to do whatever he wants, adding she doesn’t care. Shivansh, on the other hand, continues his “I don’t love her” phase while his eyes scream otherwise. Bua Maa and Sonalika’s plotting adds layers to this web of betrayal. Overall, it was a gripping episode, though a faster resolution to Raunak’s delusion would be a welcome relief.
