At the café, Rishi meets Aditi, who looks visibly worried. She tells him about receiving a call from Krishnendu. Rishi stiffens, panic flashing in his eyes as memories of marrying Jhanak in Simulboni haunt him. Aditi says she knows discussing this hurts him, but the call shook her. She hasn’t told anyone else. Rishi tries to calm her, saying only her thoughts matter to him. Aditi admits she felt scared after the call and asks what’s going on. She reveals that Krishnendu claimed to have proof. Rishi brushes it off, suggesting someone is trying to take revenge on him, recalling how Krishnendu had spread rumours in his office earlier. He reassures Aditi of his love, and they briefly talk about their upcoming marriage and honeymoon plans. Aditi clings to him, vowing not to let any third person come between them. Rishi, lost in his guilt, thinks she will eventually understand the truth when he tells her everything.
Later, Krishnendu calls Rishi, taunting him for not inviting him to his wedding. Rishi warns him to stop spreading rumours, but Krishnendu slyly suggests meeting up. During their meeting, Krishnendu smirks and tells Rishi he has already told Aditi the truth. He accuses Rishi of taking advantage of Jhanak. Rishi flares up, calling it nonsense, but Krishnendu reveals he has solid proof to expose him. When Rishi asks what he wants, Krishnendu demands fifty lakh rupees in exchange for his silence. Rishi feels trapped, thinking about the injustice he faced in Simulboni, and realises he has no easy way out.

Today’s episode was heavy, emotional, and layered with suppressed truths. Jhanak’s silent strength shone through when she confronted Rishi. Her pain was palpable – she isn’t just a girl working in his house; she is a human with dignity and scars. Rishi’s behaviour towards her is getting harsher, revealing his guilt and fear of exposure.
Rishi and Aditi’s scenes felt bittersweet. Their love is pure on the surface, but it stands on shaky foundations built with hidden lies. Krishnendu’s re-entry as the blackmailer added the perfect tension. His smirk carries the threat of destruction, and his demand for fifty lakh rupees shows he’s not here for justice, only greed.
The café scene where Rishi mentally battles his past while Aditi clings to their dreamy future was beautifully directed. The show is now building up to an intense confrontation – whether Rishi reveals the truth himself or Krishnendu explodes his secret first.
